Julie from the Desjardin Stouffville office is AMAZING!!! I had an urgent request and she went well above and beyond to help me! Her customer service is phenomenal each and every time we connect. She always has a positive outlook, great energy, extremely polite, warm, friendly and welcoming. It is an absolute pleasure having Julie as my agent. She is very knowledgeable and so efficient when ever I have questions or requests. She has even helped me outside of business hours! I recently bought a new house and needed to get home insurance along with insurance for a couple of cars. Julie Butcher was super helpful with the whole process and ensuring we had the right coverage. Obtaining and searching for insurance quotes are never a fun or easy task but Julie made it quick and painless. Jon has been a great agent for the past 15 years. He helped us when we first moved in with home, auto, life insurance and then recreational insurance for my in-laws boat and snowmobiles. He is always on hand and available for a quick question about a policy change or an addition to the policy. The staff are friendly and welcoming, rates are bundled for a discount which we appreciate!
