I wanted to take a moment to say how great a recent experience was at Earls. It was for my daughters 15th birthday and 9 of her friends. All the staff did a fabulous job, from the food to the service it was perfect. But I need to make a special review and shout out for Garrett as he went above and beyond to make it a memorable birthday moment. This isn't the first time we have had Garrett, my daughter and I had him serve us once in the past and he remembered us and went out of his way to come over and speak with us. I have always loved Earls but having servers like Garrett will for sure keep us and any of this customers coming back again and again.

Always Great food that is consistent and delicious.The view is outstanding. We always take out of town guests here as it showcases the okanagan lifestyle perfectly! If you are lucky enough to get a table on the patio, you will not be disappointed!Menu options are comprehensive with all dietary needs considered. And drink menu is spectacular! Brad is a true gem

The pizza was delicious and perfectly baked. The salads were also very good. But the experience was negatively impacted by a waitress who kept addressing us as we.""Are *we* having a drink? Are *we* happy with the food? Will *we* want dessert?" It was extremely annoying

Not what it used to be. Food has gone way downhill and price has gone up. Happy Hour menu is jumbled and prices are insane. They got rid of all the good stuff.Had lettuce wraps which were soggy and bland. Took very long to get food, fries and pizza were also barely warm. The beer was even warm.View on patio is really great if you can get a spot and service is generally great.Unfortunately lot better options around that hit the mark on all levels.

My husband & I celebrated our 50th Anniversary with dinner at Earls in Kelowna last night. I mentioned our anniversary when we reserved through OpenTable. On arrival, we were greeted with “Happy Anniversary” & shown to a window table with views of the lake. Kash, our efficient & attentive waiter, asked if we’d like a complimentary glass of bubbly to start our evening. It was delivered by the Manager who along with everyone else who came to our table throughout the evening wished us a Happy Anniversary. Our meal of a crispy prawn sushi roll starter followed by steak & lobster mains was beautifully presented & delicious. Our cheesecake desserts arrived with sparklers! They were also complimentary! It was a delightful evening!

Food was good. We shared a seafood platter at happy hour. Also truffles fries and my son was having a half rack of BBQ ribs. All were very good. Nice view of Okanagan Lake of Kelowna waterfront. You need to walk upstairs. Not sure about the elevator location.

Love the location and service was really good. Just left feeling super disappointed with our meals, the size and price just didn't really leave you feeling impressed. I ordered a truffle pasta with a 3oz steak for 29.00 with seasonal veggies. Not a lot of pasta and no seasonal veggies, when I asked my server she said the mushrooms were the seasonal veggie. She did ask if I wanted a side of veggies from the kitchen and she did bring me some asparagus and carrots which was nice. But I feel like the price of that dish should of automatically had the asparagus on the side with more pasta. Need a better presentation as well. Just won't really want to go back with the price we paid. Happy Hour is probably the only thing I will return for to enjoy the view .
