Jay and the whole team at MDR are absolutely amazing!This company came to our aid when we had water intrusion into our home from our roof. MDR Services completed a renovation of our condo recently (full bathrooms, kitchen, flooring throughout, etc.) The work completed by Jay and his team is perfection! A huge thank you to Hubert for his beautiful tile work and day to day commitment to completion. Every member of the team we met with were friendly and constant professionals. My condo unit was leaked on because of the roof, shingles blew off.MDR came in same day with a dehumidifier and fan in my Unit to keep my unit dry. Upon my Condo approval, MDR came in quickly and fixed my walls.Thank you MDR and special thanks to Safari and Dylan. Great service.

MDR repaired the holes in my walls and popcorn ceiling after the plumbers were finished the plumbing work. They did a great job as I cannot tell where the holes were. They blended the ceiling and it looks like it always did. They also built me a beautiful new shower and closet. They were so easy to work with and really cared about making sure that I got exactly what I wanted. Thanks to Jay, Christophe, Dillon and the rest of the crew!!

RUN AWAY!!! RUN AWAY!!! This place is a Joke!!!. You will be so much happier with quality work from such companies as Paul Davis, Servpro, Rainbow, ect... as Any place is better than this one. Sign that contract, & you might as well sign your wallet over!!!. As The Looser owner is nothing short of a COWARD!! & THIEF!!, Worse then that of a greasy palmed used car salesman!. Take from someone that knows the inner workings of this Shady & deceptive place. & find your satisfaction elsewhere, Cause this place will FAIL TO DELIVER!!!

Last summer there was a flood in my basement while I was in the hospital for surgery. I have the kindest neighbours, who took on the care of my home until I could return, and MDR was brought on board, with a fabulous Project Manager in Dylan Matheson. The work was completed efficiently and thoroughly, with excellent communication, trademanship and organization. I'm very grateful that my basement now looks as good as if not better than before and I feel secure knowing that the repairs were of high quality.

MDR repaired my textured living room ceiling after a roofer from a different company stepped through a hole in the roof and broke through the ceiling. They blended in the texture really well. I have to look very hard to see where the repair was done. And they completed it in just 2 short visits. Very satisfied.
