I have been here before and never had a problem however I bought a krimper last week and it looked terrible on my sisters hair so I took it back today, fully aware of the store's no return, only exchange or store credit policy. I wanted store credit and to pick up some other things while I was there but I didn't know what. I wanted. The girl at the cash looked at me like well?" with wide eyes as if I was supposed to know to walk away in the middle of the transaction to go look around for something else. She was very rude and made me feel as if she thought I was stupid or something. I then found a shampoo and conditioner to buy

The old lady is very rude, I've been there 3 times, whenever I don't have more hair dye that I buy from the GTA, I have to go to this location and she is very judgmental and mean.I wanted to get a blonde ash hair color and she told me that, that color won't look good with my skin tone , (I'm brown basically) I felt so offended by that coment, like I can dye my hair the color I want, and she just looked at me weird.I'm so disappointed of this person. Hope I never have yo be judged by my race or color.

Ladies leave you be to shop and aren't overbearing or looking to push sales. Clean store nice variety of hair colour and quality hair care products for mainly Caucasian hair..I put this because I did not see anything that catered to any other ethnicity, knowing different textures require different treatment .

Staff are always rude and have this air about them that they just won some beauty contest. I get it...you're old, run down and tired but do you have to be so arrogant? When I HAVE to go in there I have a good chuckle at their behavior. They don't realize how stupid they are...but then most arrogant people don't...that's why they're arrogant lol (like Trump)

*This is not the first time this has occured.*I've called to ask a simple question many times and was met with attitude from whoever answered the phone.Pretty disgusting behaviour when you ask politely how are you?" and the response is "can I help you??????". If you don't like answering questions over the phone then just why even have a number to call? Extremely rude and rushed off the call.I cannot
