I’ve been coming to this place for a few years and they make the best bubble tea in the tri-cities by far. Great drinks/food and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend them!

We were super looking forward to Taiwanese food as there are not a lot of those around here. However, the pictures and price were very misleading. Here is a picture of what we got. We ordered the Lou Rou Fan and the Taiwanese Chicken Nuggets on Rice... but guess what, we had to pay an extra $2.50 for Rice for the Taiwanese Chicken Nuggets on Rice". Um

Blend Bubble Tea
Usually not a fan of bubble tea but this place has made me a fan. Some of the best bubble tea I have had, I had a Strawberry Taro with vanilla pearls, and would get it again for sure. Their fries are also high quality and tasty, although they take a while to come out. Good place to hang out, nice atmosphere with good drinks, I will be back.

First thing to note - their small is really tiny and their regular is probably as big as a large elsewhere.We got the taro flavor which is just powdered stuff. The cheapest in van is $3.99 but average is still $5 so this place costs about average. However they dont put enough of the powder. I've had worse and really watered down. This is somewhere in between. Definitely can benefit by adding more powder.Have yet to try other stuff but looking forward to fresh fruit smoothies since a lot of bbt places don't do that.

Blend Bubble Tea
For our first visit I got strawberry + the strawberry popping pearls, and my fiance got the mango with regular pearls. They tasted incredible. Since then we have been back several times. The staff are always so sweet and kind. This is my favourite place to get bubble tea in the lower mainland. And don't overlook their food - it's so good too. A true hidden gem!!

We waited for over 30 minutes for our food just for them to tell us that they couldn't complete one of our items. I completely understood that considering there were only 3 people on the floor and that because we ordered food along with our drink that it would take a while however, I would’ve appreciated some communication from the workers. They showed no empathy when telling us they couldn't complete our order. Though the worker offered to give us a refund, they asked me how much I paid and how long ago it was because they couldn’t find the transaction. At the end they offered a coupon that was written on plain receipt paper. Overall poor work ethic and lack of communication.

The flavors of the tea are 10/10, love the variety in options for non dairy substitutes.Worth the wait when the place gets busy.Bring your own bubble tea straw or buy one, as the plastic ones run out quickly & the paper straws can deform pretty quick.

Very very disappointed, I would come here all the time but recently, quality has just been awful. Here's a picture of the Lu Rou Fan and the Taiwanese fried chicken. Looks NOTHING like the picture at all. Tastes like cardboard as well. I will add that before, yes, food was great. But now it's garbage. Paninis aren't as good, fries are soggy, the Lu Rou Fan was terrible by the way, would rather eat the drink tray. Rice was stale, again the Lu Rou was terrible, I can't stress that enough. Drinks have also fallen off a bit, not too noticeable. This rating is based on what it used to be. In reality I'd give this place 2.5 stars. However when comparing to what this place was a few years back, they're lucky the minimum I can give is one star.
