The garments fit perfectly, and the work was completed within the agreed timeframe.The second job involved replacing a snap button on a sleeping bag, which was completed flawlessly.The third job was to replace the velcro pocket on my heated gloves with a zipper. Sammi is a total pro. My first experience being a customer with Royal Stitch, and I could not have been happier with the service and the quality of their work. I will definitely be back.FYI I had black-out drapes altered to custom dimensions, and they did it perfectly based on a drawing I left them. Next time, I will be bringing clothing to be worked on -- the quality was almost too good for curtains.

Was really impressed with the service and quality. I brought in a down jacket to repair, as well as a backpack where the strap had been ripped out. Both repairs looked great have held up well. The staff was very diligent and you could tell took pride in doing quality work. Would recommend!

I tried dry cleaning at this place - never again! I used this service to clean two items. One came back damaged! Another - came in the same condition as before - stains didn't come out.The damage was significant to the point of unrepairable - huge discoloration stains on the shoulder area and damaged silk fabric. When I tried to resolve the issue by talking to the lady - the damaged fabric was blamed on the purse use (and I don't wear the purse on the left side where the damage appeared). Stains were also not accepted as dry clean damage. The lady referred to before" and after photographs

Fantastic quality, price, and professionalism. Sammy is a gem - a wonderful person and a fantastic seamstress! She fixed holes at the seams in a stretchy knit designer dress on schedule and way under my personal budget for a fix like that. Highly recommend!

AMAZING! I am not from Vancouver and had an emergency alteration to pants that had to be done the same day. Fantastic. Amazing quality, service, and pricing. 10/10 recommend. Should be your first alteration and dry cleaning destination.
