Nails For You

I was very displeased with the outcome of my visit. This was my first time coming here. I called in to make an appointment for my eyebrows and they told me to come at 7:15 (right before close). The lady seemed to be rushing. She took a strip from both top and bottom of each brow and starting using scissors then claimed she was “all done”. I got up to look in the mirror and immediately noticed there was still stray hairs everywhere (keep in mind this my first was since covid lockdown and I had been growing them out for this so needless to say, I had one fuzzy caterpillar on my face, also, the lighting was so dark you could barely see the mass amount of places she missed without using my flashlight). I pointed the hairs everywhere out to her and she said “you didn’t tell me you wanted all around eyebrows done!”. First, I’ve never had to say such a thing when I’m getting them done.. when you go to get them done, they shape the brows then clean the area. Second, she tore off skin. The skin around my brows is raw. She put so much oil on top to try and conceal it but it’s burning and there’s a minimal amount of blood there.. not bleeding but it almost looks like a scrap. Third, they uneven. I sat in my car for a half hour with my tweezers trying to fix it. As soon as I walked out to my car, they turned off the open sign. Their hours day they are open until 8 and it was 7:25 when I walked out. While I was sitting in my car trying to fix them, she walked out chatting away on her phone and got into her car and left so clearly she was in a rush to leave so why tell me to come in when I did. Especially when I called to make an appointment for another day. My eye brows are uneven, swollen, red, they are going to scab.. I’m so disappointed in the service I received. She even looked as me and laughed when she walked out to her car as if it was some joke to see me in my car trying to fix them. I went here to have my confidence boosted as I was getting super embarrassed at how badly I needed them done but now I’m stuck with this. The oil she slapped on me also caused my eyes to go bloodshot. I definitely would NOT come back here and I definitely would NEVER recommend this place. What’s worse, when they see you upset then start talking about you in their native tongue, at least wait for me to leave! (They were pointing at me talking as I was visibly looking upset). To top it off, she insisted I tip and charged me more than the listed price. The only positive thing I could say was the establishment was incredibly clean. It’s smelt like sanitizer and they did have covid measures put in place but overall it was by far the worst beauty experience I have ever had. I’m so disappointed

Been going here for years. My nails always look great after and I always get compliments on my eyebrows. They do a great job and don’t take too long.

Terrible experience. Will never go back again. Manicure and pedicure was awful. Did not clean up my nails at all. Used no cream and no oil. Apparently I have to ask for it. They wanted to get people in and out as quickly as possible. Apparently they had a junior, non-licensed, untrained girl to do my nails. Another girl there was unhappy with one of her nails and they told her it would take to long to fix. This salon is for people with low standards. Hate paying for a service I am not happy with.

I am not a person to leave bad reviews but here I am. I went in as a walk in customer and I am a nail tech myself, I went in for a polish change on my grown out acrylics as I had an event the following day but I had no time to do them myself and I needed my nails to look decent but I was gonna remove the acrylics after 2 days. The lady who took me kept suggesting that I get a refill instead because it takes the same amount of time and I know if definitely takes longer but when I said I need to remove the nails after the event is over she rolled her eyes at me and she also tried to peel the acrylic off my nails which by the way should be soaked off to prevent damage to the nail beds, after I asked her not to. Anyways I had asked for my nails to be a narrowed square shape but I ended up with wide rounded nails so I had to go home and re shape them myself.Minus the fact that my nails looked terrible, she was saying rude things about me to her co-worker and I just so happened to understand because some of the words were said in English, I didn’t bother saying anything because I did not want to ruin my mood. As a work of place which provides personal services to customers I don’t think it’s smart to bad mouth your customers to your coworkers while they are right in front of you, that is super unprofessional and it makes your customers uncomfortable.I definitely won’t be back and I won’t recommend this place to anyone at all.

The only person who’s great at doing acrylics is kelly ( or cally ) my nails actually stay on longer then a week compared to when others do it. If she would ever leave I’d never go back

The most horrible nail salon! — very rude... not professional... not clean... they do not open the bag with the sterile instruments in front of you and to make it worse they don’t provide bags over the sink that you put your feet inside. Nowadays is very important to protect yourself and they have to protect the clients as well. I would never go back to this salon and if i would have less than a star to choose I would. First time to this nail salon and last.

I’m not one to write a review, however I feel that this review is warranted. I have to agree with some of the other reviews where the staff is very unprofessional! I was not happy with my gel nails, after 1 1/2 weeks my nails chipped and broke. Rather then try to help or fix the problem the technician argued with me loudly in the salon, basically staring me down and raising her voice. The bowls for pedicures do not have a plastic lining for bacteria protection.I will not be returning

Tammy is an amazing nail and body technician. Her services are expedited in a timely manner and wery carefully done. My pedicures are very relaxing and she handles all esthetic services very carefully and in a detailed fashion.I appreciate and enjoy her company.Lisa

I love my nails I don’t understand why others are hating. My nails are beautiful with all the exact colours I wanted. They listen to your order and do exactly what you ask for I absolutely love this place.
