TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

PEOPLE JUST DONT WANT TO WORKIts good that everything going online and these are the first people to loose their jobs, and they well deserve to LOOSE THEIR JOBS.

ATM is always broken ...For a bank this is junk replace it and stop being cheap

I've never been a huge fan of big banks but that said and ignoring the unfortunate corporate structure they are bound into the staff here, at least at this branch, are completely amazing. Super friendly and approachable, they have a wonderful demeanor and treat you incredibly well and respectfully no matter your issue.So if big banks are for you then you can definitely give this one a try.

Very happy with the customer service at this branch. I set up an appointment with Mahir to go over credit card details and couldn't be more pleased with the work done by Mahir for me. He further advised me and explained everything in details, that I have not been exploring ever since my first appointment.Good work Mahir, you are a wonderful representative of TD Canada Trust!

i received the good serive by phone appointment. she worked fast. and solve my problem with in 15 minutes. td is lucky to have this kind of employee.

This TD branch is really bad and the people working are not professional at all they do not help, they make the sale but no support. i went in more than a month ago and opened my TFSA account with IAN SMITH he was helping me at the time, after my account was open i was not able to transfer funds to my US TFSA for some reason. i called TD direct invest for more than 5 times and each time stayed about 45 min on hold and end up getting disconnecting, i tried to contact IAN two or three times by leaving a message and even went into the branch and talked with a teller to contact with IAN but still no answer, i did get an email from him telling me that i should contact TD direct investment which is not working.i am not sure how TD can allow this bad customer service. i have been with TD more than 17 years i have not experienced this in the past.

Very disappointed with the management. They should have better staff training before they put the staff to the front. I always had good experience at this branch in the past 10 years until today. I had a new clerk helping me today. I had to repeat 3 times with the amount I wanted to withdraw and she still misunderstood and messed up my request of paying the bill. I understood that she might be nervous and I was ok to let her take her time and practice. I was totally fine until a senior staff who was supervising her tried to help as she was rude. She questioned me in a mean tone saying “we thought you want to have money in cash.” I said I didn’t say in cash, and she shouted at me saying “ I didn’t say you said that but my staff is new and you misunderstood each other!” Excuse me, it’s not my problem your staff is new. I was trying to tell them that I’ve been paying my bill the same way with saying the same sentences every month in the past 8 years, and this is the first time I got misunderstood. That senior staff didn’t even listen to me and was talking to her staff while I was talking! How rude! Maybe she had a rough day but she can take care of this in a better way. Usually a nice sorry in a ease tone will be enough to have a happy ending. This happened around 4:40 today and if the head of TD Bank is reading this feedback, and you really care about your potential, you should go figure it out and talk to that rude staff. I do know her name!

To be fair, the management seems to try to help, however, mostly its lip service. This could be tied to the constant pressure they are under to meet stake holders demands. However, the employees should put themselves in our shoes. We have no where else to go but request managers to step in and resolve any issues a customer may have. However I don't see that at this branch. Maybe TD needs to change its policies and take care of there employees so they are more productive, rather than push back on customers, who take the time out of their busy schedules and visit the bank. No one should have to visit the bank several times to resolve the same issue. A bit disappointed thats all!

Tellers at the front are rude and quite incompetent. Save yourselves the trouble, go to the branch on Front rd.

My wife and I have been there several times, each time we’ve gone the people don’t know what they’re doing. We ask for things they claim to get them done and they didn’t. They even got us mixed up with another customer. More training is needed for the staff, the professionalism of this branch is no where near where it should be.
