I went in just to take a look around; the young man behind the counter was very polite in greeting me right away and in offering assistance. While I was looking around I could hear him offer the same customer service to another customer who walked in. When I was unable to find the GameCube games, he was very eager to point them out and ask if there were any games in particular that I was looking for. We then had a conversation about games that brought back memories. Brian was Very helpful and wonderful to talk with. He is absolutely an asset to the store. Thank you very much again Brian for your help.

I walked into this location on my lunch without much knowledge of video games, but knew I was looking for sports games for my son. I was incredibly impressed with the employee. He greeted me genuinely the moment I walked in and was happy to help me and direct me to the right section. He was incredibly polite, and helpful. Went into the Guelph location and the three employees there didn't even raise their head to say hello. Will visit the Cambridge location exclusively now.

fantastic shop! great customer service, they have a wide selection of the latest new games and great selection of retro\second hand games and they are happy to help you get a game they may not have in the shop. they also carry great stuff like video game themed wallets, key chains, plush toys etc etc. The shop is clean, the employees are very helpful and polite. definitely the best video game store in Cambridge.

Great prices and a good selection of games from the past three console generations. If you're looking for cartridge games they don't have a huge library. However they make up for that with all the disc games they've got in stock.

These guys are our video game store of choice! They are always friendly, very professional and knowledgeable, as well as courteous. The staff ensures you leave happy, even if they don't have what you need at the time. Customer service is what keeps us coming back.....that and great prices!

Good Location good selection of games. The Staff is horrible. Guys don't like it when you ask questions. Never say Hello" When you walk in. Hard to believe they have 4.0 star rating out of 5. It has been little better in the last few months. There's a guy name Eric with a beard seems to be pretty nice with the customers."

Used to come here all the time for games, but it has gone steadily downhill since. Recently went here to buy Need for Speed: Payback and was surprised to see the game selling for $80. Left and bought it for $20 at Best Buy. Will not return- come here if you’re looking to get scammed.

Good store for used games, My kids had a good time picking out some games, best part they are really cheap so does not dent the pocket. The staff is kind of help full. I have had better service.

They sell corrupted games then refuse to return or exchange the product. Management has horrible customer service. Employee handled everything properly, while their manager couldn't be bothered to speak with us. We bought the game brand new and they told us they had to reseal" the game

Was shocked to see one of these still sticking around. Prices are decent and they had good sales on pre-played games. The store is very organized and maintained. Staff greeted us when we arrived and checked ok us while we shopped.
