I found the vehicle I wanted online and I am from out of state. Eric was accommodating and had someone pick me up from the airport! He also provided me with videos/ photos inside, outside and under carriage of the vehicle prior to making the trip. The deal was all but done before I arrived. I was a little nervous that when I arrived I would be met by a pushy business manager trying to get me into a warranty I was not interested in. I was pleasantly surprised that was NOT the case and there was no high pressure sales tactics at all! No one at the dealership was pushy and they did not try to me anything I was not interested in. After an 1.5 hour flight and 8 hour drive home I would seriously consider making the trip again for another vehicle!

I used the Collision Shop @ King Rd & Plank. The estimate process was easy, my insurance company then contacted Joan directly. Once the check was received and the parts were received, I was contacted and dropped my car off at the shop. They did a great job of repairing the vehicle. Would definitely recommend them to someone needing body repairs.

I called just to inquire about a truck, and never felt blown off. The next day I came out to “check it out” and that same day I went home with a brand new 2500AT4 (which was not the plan). The entire team was great, helpful, informative, and not pushy. Even just asking for a base OTD price on the 1st call talking to Joe (who didn’t know me from Adam) he made me feel like I mattered, even I was just window shopping at the time.

Scott ( in collision) was wonderful to deal with! He was patient with me in dealing with the repairs my vehicle needed, as it has been over 30 years since I was in an accident!! He made everything clear and understandable!!! The shop did a great job!!! Very impressed with the quality of work!!

Back in December 2022, I was very disappointed with this dealership after taking delivery of my 2022 Chevy Silverado ZR2. I reached out to Mike Walls, General Manager for LaFontaine and he reassured me he would do what he could to change my outlook of this dealership. As of yesterday, February 1, 2023, his words came to reality and I’m definitely pleased of the outcome.I want to thank Mike Walls, my salesman who is the best there is my eyes, Ron Campbell, Tammy McIvor & Dave Bell. I took delivery of my new 2023 Chevy Silverado ZR2 yesterday and I’m very pleased.

Excellent service! Great management. Especially my service advisor Daniel! He was beyond customer service ! So caring and took my concerns seriously and made sure my Truck was safe and fixed. Pat is just a charm to this company! She took every call seriously. And transfered me to service and or took a message for me :) she was very nice And Mandy always made sure my rental was ready and clean. She always gave me a effortless check in-out ! And she always had a smile! Great dealership for sure ! One who cares about their coustomer !

Have taken my van there multiple times for issues. They are VERY knowledgeable on my warranty and submitting claims. They walk you through the process the entire way and never start repairs without getting your approval first on the cost. Steve L. helped us this most recent time and had superb customer service. Would recommend this repair center to anyone!

Matt Curtis did a great job from my first inquiry until I was driving off the lot. I would recommend this dealership and Sales Agent to anyone. Also, the dealership was willing to deliver my new truck, more than 200 miles away. In the end, they sent a driver to pick me up and drive me back to the dealership, so I could sign 1 document, learn about my new truck, and then drive home happy.

Michael Bostwick was my guy! He was awesome. He went over my account and helped me use my points on a great deal. My service was covered 100%. So happy I switched to LaFontaine!I would absolutely recommend this dealership!And a big shout out to Doug n Linda Martin for recommending me!

I was given an appointment to bring in my vehicle on Tuesday, May 16. After I arrived, I was told that probably no one would get to my vehicle for a couple days, which would have been Thursday or Friday. My vehicle was not even looked at until the following Monday, and I didn't get it back until Tuesday, May 20, even though it only needed a few hours of work.Might I suggest that when someone calls to schedule an appointment, you give that person a number in a queue and tell them that you will call when you are within, say, 24 hours of being ready to look at their vehicle. If they don't bring in the vehicle within a specified length of time, they lose their place in the queue. I understand that there were other vehicles ahead of mine and you don't always know how long different jobs will take, but this approach would show some respect for your customers' time.
