Would have given 0 stars! New director Alain is the most incompetent persone ever! We made an appointment to replace breaks and THEY told us to come back in a month and they would honor warranty. One month later this debutant manager Alain tells us that breaks are finished and we didn't do maintenance when we brought the truck in 4 times in the year! Turns out breaks they installed lasted one year and were so poorly installed that they caused more damage. NOT recommended at all. Midas accross the street is less expensive and offers a lifetime warranty on break pads.

Waiting 5 weeks for 2 stab. links, under parts warranty, every week I was calling to follow up and told that they will call me, but never did. Felt ignored.

Same quality from mechanical and service staff. But scheduling issues in your systems because my tires were still in storage in delson when I had my appointment. I had to leave the car for another half day to get them installed.
