We ordered flowers for my grandmother's funeral. The staff was great,reasonably priced. When we saw the flower arrangement they made up for us it was absolutely beautiful. Would definitely recommend them.

Addies Floral recently did all our arrangements, our bouquets, and even my live floral crown for our wedding. They were all stunning and absolutely went above and beyond all of our expectations! They were everything I asked for spot on! The flowers lasted nearly 3 weeks past our big day in which I shared many with friends and family and enjoyed at our home. There were even ones I was able to plant in our garden and we will be able to enjoy for years to come. I highly recommend her and her team!!

I ordered and had roses delivered by Addie's, to my very best bestie in Albert Lea (I'm in Colorado). The recipient sent me a picture after delivery and the next day. The arrangement was absolutely gorgeous and the roses have opened beautifully...and according to my bestie, the scent is heavenly! So grateful that Addie's made my dear friends birthday day!

I paid to have a larger arrangement sent to my mother on mother's day. It looked nothing like the pics on their website! It was supposed to have pink, yellow, purple, orange and red flowers in it. It had pink and yellow and all the pink was on one side and all the yellow was on the other. I had the same arrangement sent to my sister by another florist in Missouri only smaller in size and hers ended up being bigger and it had ALL the colors in it than the one I sent to my mother! I will NEVER use this florist again. So disappointed in this arrangement that was supposed to be special gift for a special mom on her day.

Addie's does such a great job of adding beauty to peoples lives. They do work anniversaries and birthday bouquets for us that are delivered with a smile. It's fun to hear the oohs and ahhhs" when staff admire their gift. They also add that special touch to those occasions needing flowers or memorials."

I came in with a project. I received a quote and a time line when to pick it up. I came in the day I was told it was done and it wasn't started. I waited for a call, I received it ,it was 11 days later. I came in to pick it up. As I was paying the quoted price I notice 1 of the three I requested wasn't on it. So, I asked to have it corrected. I came back 11/2 hours later and they hadn't completed it it yet . Finally got it back I was walking out and someone from the back said I had to pay even more for the already quoted arrangement. So I paided for a second time doubling my quote. Did they do a nice job?,yes. Was the customer service adequate?,no.but the staff was friendly. Would I come back with another project?,no.
