I’ve Been going to Fantasy goldsmiths for 8 months now, Akil has been super patient helping me pick out a nice chain. I picked it up yesterday and it is a stunning heavyweight 22 inch diamond etched beauty! I called 8 other places before and he beat their prices by a long shot. Proud to support local business I come from a family of retired jewellers so I can pick out the good ones. Akil and Julia are not only professional but they have great sense of humour and big hearts. They have helped me when cash was short and I needed something for Christmas, when I lost my credit tab they took my word and honored what I said it was even tho they could have waved me away. RUINED MY ENGAGEMENT RING!!! Brought them my brand new engagement ring to be sized, and was told they would call me when it was finished. No call. Went in to check a week later and it was in fact finished, but not to the right size. So they kept it longer and finally made it the correct size after another week. When I picked it up, the gemstone was noticeably scratched on the top in multiple places. When I confronted them about it, they denied that they had scratched it and proceeded to attempt to gaslight me into believing it was my fault and was already scratched to begin with. No offer to fix it, or any other solutions. The male jeweller was condescending and rude.

Let me tell y’all this store is where it’s at, I got a full Opal set for 200$ which is wild the man who helped me was so nice I almost cried. I’ve never had a man be so kind and gentle and patient with me. Good energy good savings 10/10

Went in to get batteries for 4 watches, get a chain repaired and to see about trading in some jewelery.Was provided with excellent service and ended up buying a beautiful set (pendant and earrings).Very happy with their service. Will definitely shop there again.
