Guy that help me load tiles was super nice and helpful, he deserve a raise for sure, 5/5 service for him.However the boss" and lady with gray hair were so rude and unprofessional. The boss...made me wait 15min

Excellent choice of tiles in stock. Staff knowledgeable on all types of installations. Great choice of Schluter products for the bathroom. I recommend this shop for anybody doing a major renovation or even the smallest job. Keep up the great work !!

We went to La Tuilerie this morning. Upon entering, we were greeted by the lady at the desk. Then we continued into the show room and were acknowledged by another person. As we didn’t need help right away, we looked around by ourselves. Then we made a choice and and asked for help. Alex was available. He was knowledgeable, patient and courteous.We would not hesitate to shop at Le Tuilerie for future projects. Thank you Alex!

Went to éco dépot céramique right a cross the street prior to coming here and was super dissapointed of they're customer service. Therefore, we came by La tuilerie". The workers here were really attentive and helpful in making our choice to which tile to buy for our bathroom renovation. The service here is wayyyy better than eco depot

It’s unfortunate that there are so many negative reviews lately about La Tuilerie.We had a very good experience.A young lady named Meg helped us in store and on the phone. She was knowledgeable and very friendly.They offer a wide selection of tiles. We found exactly what we were looking for here.

Great staff on the floor, poor customer service from manager Christopher.0 effort to find solutions.Easy to blame on covid and systems change but simply no effort at all.I recommend going to another location!

Great service and very knowledgeable. Like everywhere struggling for staff, sometimes there are delays but they acknowledge your presence and try to serve you. Received a lot of advice and great service from the staff

I wrote to the company, over 2 months ago, via their website form submission about a salesperson I had the misfortune of dealing with on multiple occasions. I gave specific examples of our interactions that any company would be appalled to hear. They didn't even have the decency to reply -- BTW the site stated my message submitted successfully. If management doesn't care, why would an employee? If you want rude, condescending, smart-a responses to your tiling questions then look no further than La Tuilerie in Brossard.
