Slightly confusing, There is 2 TD Branch Locations on site. Make sure for regular banking and ATM's to goto the one closest to the south west side of the parking lot.

Teller love to chat about life story. Meantime line up is 30 mins long. Not the teller fault - cusotmer asking too many mundane questionsTD need to hire more teller instead of 3 counters openTeller is very nice and I understand their frustration too

Half of the employees are standing there doing nothing while there’s 20 people lining up. Only half of counters are in service. The nearest one on warden and steels is way better system and service.

Super busy location very difficult to find parking as it's in the same plaza as Pacific Mall. Just to clarify a review below, staff is not diverse, they are 100% Chinese! Good service and friendly staff but be prepared to wait in a long line up both outside and inside the bank.

I had a really great experience here. I applied for a mortgage pre-approval and Ben was so helpful. I was even 15 minutes late to our appointment because of traffic.Throughout the process he was very patient and helped me through all my challenges in getting my approval and deposit information completed on time.I highly recommend this branch!
