Alberta 66 Mountain Biking

My husband and I spent a day with Laura at Moose Mountain. She was super friendly and very knowledgeable about all things mountain biking! After a quick warm up lap to assess our skill levels, she took us on some more challenging trails trails and stopped at each section to let us know what to expect and which features would be within our skill level. With her guidance I was able to tackle more difficult trails than I would have felt comfortable trying on my own. We are from Manitoba and this was our second time biking in Alberta, and after just one day with Laura I felt more confident and comfortable on my bike! We will definitely be going back!

Saturday was my second shuttle with Alberta 66 it was absolutely class we had a record 8 flats and these guys kept us all riding all day ...I've learned so much from both shuttle days baley and Jeff are very patient and knowledgeable ..Highly recommend alberta 66 to anyone who is looking to improve there riding skills...so much to learn from all the other riders on the shuttle also...thanks again Jeff, Bailey,Andrea will be booking again soon!!!

Booked a private shuttle so we could get some sweet sweet laps in. Jeff was very accommodating, gave some great trail and feature recommendations and was super friendly. For mountain bikers visiting from out of town, this is a great option. Thanks Jeff & Laura.

I enjoy Mountain biking but had never taken a course before so I had plenty of bad habits and gaps in my technique. Jeff and Logan were amazing at breaking down the skills so they were easier to learn and practice. I still have tonnes of room for improvement so I could see this being an annual tune up for the season. After a couple sessions I was beating my old PRs without even trying. I guess that just shows what a difference a little technique can make. The great attitudes of the coaches really sets the mood for the whole group, making it a fun experience also.

I have shuttled with them and took my first lesson today. Scott is a beauty ripping us around in Oscar the van and giving trail advice. Jeff is so knowledgeable and easy to learn from, I have been riding for 10+ years and lots of stuff I needed to fix/tweak. So good at explaining everything in a way that makes sense. I am a better rider now for sure now and I can't wait to put my skills to the test. Me and my buddy are planning to book another session!

OMG, this was a lot of fun! Fantastic coaching and a great ride. Laura did a great job of teaching to our abilities and the ride selection was really nice. Fastest downhill yet, and best of all, I was in control! Going again next week :-)

Amazing experience! Jeff and Laura are incredible coaches, prioritizing incremental progress and safety. I've made very quick progress on my riding since taking a 4 day advanced riding course with them. Highly recommended.

I've taken my share of lessons over the years and I can say that Alberta 66 has been my favourite! I took a one night drops & jumps class with Jeff & Logan and a four week series with Laura & Andra. Every one of these coaches were amazing! They make sure everyone feels included, gets their fair share of feedback and that we all have fun! The way they teach makes everything digestible and approachable ....and even when you're apprehensive, you find yourself feeling safe & confidant. Will definitely be signing up with them again next year!

Jeff is a fantastic and patient instructor, offering constructive feedback and encouragement often. Safety comes first and fun is a close second.Highly recommend Alberta 66, this was my first course with them (Jumps and Drops) and my husband's second. They have a passion for teaching and sharing their love of Mountain biking and this truly comes through in the lessonsIf you're considering a course with them, just do it, you won't regret it!

I took the 4 week advanced course. Jeff and Bailey were fantastic and the skills I learned were immediately useable. The group learning environment was supportive and the varying skill levels within the group were handled very well. Highly recommended.
