I’ve brought my vehicle here a couple of times. Always great service! Highly recommend.

Took a vehicle to these guys through insurance, the vehicle only got partly fixed, management treated me like I was a piece of trash, the paint job was bubbled has to be redone, when they buffed it they scratched the whole truck all the way around then charged the rework to my claim when they wrecked the paint. They had to take vehicle back to there specialist" for buffing and when It came back you could tell he did a poor job to. The vehicle never got finished had to pull it out as the shop was causing to much damage to the vehicle."

They fixed my truck a number of years ago after someone backed into it. They only fixed the issue and even discussed the process to blend the paint on body lines to ensure a smooth, unseen transition. Workmanship was superb, and customer service was phenomenal.

Was hesitant to try Fix Auto, but after seeing the job they did on our car I am very impressed. The corner above the tail light was damaged and scuffed on the bumper, they repaired the dent, painted and installed new stripes on the bumper. The car looks great, Big thanks to Fix Auto.

Very good experience. Service was done through Insurance after hitting a deer. Staff was polite and patiently answering my questions and emails. Service was done in two weeks and car looks like nothing happened. Smooth experience.

We hit a deer and required some major work to the front end of our vehicle (10k+). After looking around at body shop's we decided to go with Fix it as it is close by to Zender Ford, gas stations. Renee (and April I think forgive me); their customer service is exceptional. Very thorough, I didn't have to wait for updates. Sadly they had to guide us more than our insurance company, which helped keep everything on track. Things happen with vehicles and it's important to understand that; after we picked up our vehicle with our questions or concerns; they stuck by their guarantee and made sure everything top notch. I appreciated the extra service from Jason with my questions. Thank you for that. Our car was even detailed (this was a farm car) upon pick up. That was a nice surprise. I would highly recommend. Renee deserves a raise btw.

I booked an appointment to get a quote to repair the bumper on my car. I figured while I was there I would get a separate quote on my damaged mirror. Once I received both quotes, I asked them to go ahead and order the parts for the bumper and we would book an appointment, but to wait on the mirror. I told her that I would get call her to let her know if we decide to go ahead with the mirror repair. I paid the deposit for the bumper and booked the car for repair. They said it would take 1-2 days to complete the work once parts arrived. When I picked up the car the bumper had not even been touched, but the mirror had been fixed. I never gave approval for the mirror, the whole point of the appointment was the bumper. It was apparent that there was a miscommunication. I was upset that I did not get what I had ordered but my real problem was the way that the employee handled the situation. Instead of apologizing and trying to figure out a mutually agreeable arrangement or even offer a discount, she was short, rude, dismissive and even snotty. She was not willing to take any responsibility for her mistake. I understand that mistakes happen, but the way she handled the situation was unacceptable! I tried to contact management to further discuss the situation, but have not heard from them. We will NOT be back.

We had a great experience, very helpful and understanding, they did a great job repairing our vehicle and offered great advice with our old wrap that had to come off and the left over adhesive. They even cleaned the interior of our car !! Thank you Fix Auto!

These guys did a great job! I was more than impressed with with it. It took a week but in that week fell Christmas and New Year's so there really weren't that many working days. I would recommend Fix no problem. They fixed me perfectly.
