Spirits & Ale Liquor Delivery

Wow....... $55 for a delivery of a 6 pack of beer to my house? What a complete rip off! Left me on hold for almost 5 minutes and then after tells me it’s $55 and then I said let me check with my friend and he says ya that’s fine and he just hangs up. Ridiculous. I can get an entire meal and the delivery would be less.

I called from Peterborough to have wine delivered to a friend in Thunder Bay. Price for delivery was ridiculous and unreasonable. Owner had a bad attitude and said I can charge what ever I want". I guess he didn't want the sale. UPDATE: Thunder Bay population (as of 2020) is 121

Trying to place an order since 9pm it says it closes at 9:30 yet no one awnsers the phone, guess its not as great as they say it is. Or if i just needed to place my order before a certain time they should say so on the website or over the phone instead of sorry our lines are busy.. Like really busy for 30 mins straight now i missed any chance of making an order, clap clap clap great job spirits and ale! You really nailed it

I was travelling from Montreal to Vancouver.Stayed a night at Thunder Bay. I was really tired & thought to have some drinks. Called this guy & he right on door with Liquor before time.Very Punctual

I absolutely love Spirits and Ale. The owner is so hardworking and I love his sarcasm he always knows my order by hand as it's usually the same or within a few items. He usually always has a stock of often bought beers and spirits and the odd wine etc but can also go to any open store and purchase what you need. I don't even bother wasting my time with other delivery services with alcohol as I often get the wrong item, terrible service or they take 3+ hours to deliver. You won't experience this with Spirits and Ale they value you your patronage and prove it with their customer service timely manner, as well as offering discounts or going the extra mile to find you a special item you might like. Thank you !!!

service is pretty gd.....if a lil behind....it would be due to a heavy cliental....or weather related
