North Queen location I went to and great furniture pieces here. So much great section that it makes me want to buy lots of pieces. I found my bed I want to buy but it is not in stock and will be arriving end of July,which is hard to handle bc my one side of bed is broken and which is was sooner. I wish this wad not the case but my gf has same bed and it looks nice and is strong and looks very glam and on sale for $600.00.It also comes with storage so thats a bonus and measured my small room and it will fit. The sales guy Dylan was very helpful.

I’m very disappointed in Structube. I bought the Bianca sectional sofa from their Etobicoke store (North Queen Street) on June 22nd. I was told the sofa would be delivered latest by the end of July. However, it arrived on September 1st with missing hardware. I emailed them for the missing parts. In my email, I told them which pieces I had received with pictures attached. It took them about a week or so to send the missing hardware, but they made a mistake and didn’t send everything. So, I emailed them again stating the missing pieces. They called me back to check which hardware they need to send and talked to me as if I had made a mistake and only said “sorry for the inconvenience”. The pieces took another week to deliver. For 3 weeks I had two big pieces of heavy sofas unassembled just laying around my small living room, not to mention their delay or their poor customer service.

I really like this store,Sales people are great. Very friendly and helpful.And of course the future options are beautiful and modern.Highly recommended

This location is very nice, and the staff are friendly.... Overall the furnishings are on par with Ikea, however quality can be lacking on some things.. chairs are not super strong and can come loose.Different color pallet than Ikea and this sets it apart.

I have had this sofa for about a year now. I was super happy with it, until I saw the drawbacks!1. It starts piling 3 months into using it. And no, we don’t have any pets, we’re non smokers, and we have no kids.2. The zipper started stretching and soon the zip broke.3. Upon contacting customer service I was told it was out of warranty period and I said I’m aware and I am asking for your guidance - can I buy a replacement sofa cover piece? Can I send it in for replies for a charge, anything?They were of NO HELP! Now I’m stuck with a part of the sofa that’s terribly embarrassing when we have guests.

Bought online dinette set. Looked like cheap products from 1987. Hard to assemble. Not recommended for people with limited strength. Returned next day and was charged 67 dollars to ship back. Oh. And the shipping window was all day.

Unlike Ikea, they have solid and sturdy furniture, but 50% of the time, it's out of stock!

Had a bad experience at another location in Downtown Toronto, and Structube has been a hit/miss for me in the past. Thankfully Dominic at the Etobicoke store was very helpful and he quickly rectified the issue as I was in urgent need of a lamp. He single-handedly restored my faith in Structube. Thank you!

Outstanding customer service!!!!I went in to purchase a sofa and Amalia was super super and did I say super knowledgeable and kind.She was not pushy at allJust excellent customer service that I haven’t experienced from any company in a long time.It was very refreshing.Keep up the outstanding work Amalia and the North Queen Structube team!!!

Mistakes are inevitable, but the way a business rectifys the situation makes the biggest difference. I had the pleasure of connecting with the store manager, Jen, about an item that was not delivered, she immediately offered a solution and had the item delivered before my tight deadline. She gave me frequent updates and made sure someone was able to follow up with me during her time off.I also experienced an issue at a different location in returning one of the items from my order, I gave this Etobicoke store a call and had another store manager Anisa assist (not sure if I'm spelling their name correctly). Anisa rectified the issue by speaking to the employee helping us. We were able to return the item without traveling back to Etobicoke.It's been a consistent positive customer experience thanks to the managers at this location. THANK YOU!
