These are rental codos inside a 1908 heritage house...Current price is $150 up to 4 guests for 2 nights. Free wifi. Each 1,000 sq ft condo has been refurbished to the highest standard of comfort and quality, featuring well-appointed kitchens, en-suite bathrooms, and relaxed furnishings and decor. For your pleasure, HDTVs have been installed in the living rooms and bedrooms, and king beds with luxurious bedding mean you can enjoy the most serene of slumbers.

Very reasonable prices for what you get! Large living-room, great kitchen (fully supplied) large master bedroom and great location! 10 mins walk from the beach and 20mins from downtown!! Great place to stay and spend time!! Definitely coming back!!!

Very Beautiful & Cozy Place to stay! I'm a tv person in the evenings and before bed! I was a little disappointed at the selection of available channels. Most channels I tried to watch were not available. Good if your not much of a tv person but not for me! Netflix was available, so that was a bonus! Nonetheless I enjoyed my stay! P.S. The pictures are not the house. Not sure how or why they are on here!

This was a great place to stay for 5 weeks. It felt like home, with a touch of luxury and the house itself is Beautiful! Very quiet in the unit, with all the amenities you need. The owners, Lorraine and John are great hosts. Overall it was just a great place . :)

Booked a stay for November and left deposit in September. Now since then my MasterCard is being drained fraudulently by Cadder house and I have had to cancel my card. I have left emails and phone messages to “Lorraine” but no response 3 days later. Obviously poorly managed at best, but don’t trust your credit card to them.
