Ancaster X-Ray & Ultrasound

I have had several appointments here over the last several years. I have been met with a pleasant receptionist and no long wait time. In and out. Overall very pleasant and explain their procedures.

I went for an x-ray but was nervous with all the negative reviews. The receptionist was friendly had to wait about 5 minutes. The technician was very professional and I was done in about 10 minutes. Great experience and would definitely go there again.

How can a personal health care clinic get patient ratings lower than a fairground hot-dog stand?A few days ago, I arrived at 3:45 pm for a knee X-ray. One of the two receptionists (call her Mary) told me: the service closes at 5pm, there were three people ahead of me, only one technician (versus the usual two) was available, it's not certain I would get in before 5pm, I can wait but if at 5pm, I wasn't called, I would have to return tomorrow. Just to make sure I heard her correctly, I asked:You mean if I am the last one

Had to go for 2 ultrasounds and an xray. I arrived early and had the xray right away, less than 5 minute wait. When xray was completed the ultrasound tech was waiting for me and I had both quickly and efficiently. Everyone was very pleasant and the service was prompt and courteous.

Came here today for an ultrasound. Arrived at the clinic for my appointment and the receptionist told me they didn't receive the forms/fax from my doctor. This was odd as both my nurse and family doctor faxed a copy to their clinic and confirmed this with me 20 minutes prior, but I had the forms on my phone and they were able to print them off via email. The receptionist was incredibly rude about this even though this process only took 5 minutes. I'm standing there with a full bladder and she continues to advise me over and over that I won't be able to have my ultrasound without the forms (I am aware... you don't need to keep repeating it), all while huffing and puffing.Once that situation was settled I was brought into the room by the nurse/ultrasound lady where she quickly told me to put my things on a rack and told me to get on the bed" in a very rude tone. Ok

X ray results were wrong.I can clearly see the x ray was abnormal but the results were given to doctor was normal.I have serious trust issues with this location’s x ray results. Without right diagnosis you can’t give right treatment. I will not comeback to this location for X ray.

I had a very good experience at this place and booked my next appointment as well.

My technician had absolutely no bedside manners. Disgusted in the service. Explained how I had a still born at 38 weeks recently and have anxiety with ultrasounds...and asked if she could confirm heart beat right when she started, her response was ya"... so for the first few moments I was waiting for her to tell me when she saw heart beat... I had to finally ask again and her response was "ya I said yes when u asked"....given the situation i explained i was expecting reassured info..maybe even words like "yes i see heartbeat"...."heart beats per minute is__"..pretty disappointed that this was the woman i was given for such a sensitve appt visit... I've already asked my doctor not to book any future ultrasounds there..Ancaster xray- please review who my appointment was with- this woman should not be working with any high risk mothers with her insensitivity personality"

We went for our ultrasound today. This is our second baby and the experience today was absolutely wonderful. It was our first time at this clinic and all of our appointments will be scheduled here from now on.

Had an u/s here with heather. Such a pleasant, thorough and quick experience. I would highly recommend this office and great staff.
