I've used all the major wholesales in the city as a red seal plumber in the industry and EMCO south stands above and beyond time and time again. Dale, Brad and Jeff are an exceptional group of employees. All of them are very knowledgeable and can help you in a pinch every time. They've been very useful in special ordering non typical parts as well as giving prompt and accurate quotes. If you are looking to make the switch I highly reccomend EMCO south

Amazing and friendly service. I went in here because I got the run-around at Home Depot, and these guys knew exactly what I was talking about and got me the parts no problem. So helpful, very friendly.

Terrible customer service/people skills.Went in to ask about a basket strainer for our sink. Said he had nothing. Did not offer to order in or even look online. Should send employees to a customer service training seminar terrible.
