Marwan worked hand in hand with our mortgage broker and property lawyers to facilitate the purchase while we were travelling; thank you again Marwan!

The worst realtors to deal with from this brokerage, but hey it's their reputation right!!! They definitely don't practice what they Preach! They don't treat sellers and especially Buyers the same way, which ever side of the transaction you are on. They like to talk about professionalism but don't act in that way at all. If you are looking for realtors pass these guys over. There name should be last place realty cause that is where they are headed.

My experience working with Lionel Sale was exceptional and memorable. He handled both the selling/buying of a property for me - in a complex market environment- with such a professionalism, leaving me with admirations for him. He is always a phone call away and willing to hop into car- even when not convenience- to look up property in any part of the city. He is realtor with exceptional qualities.

Selling my home with Marwan Charanek exceeded my expectations, what I thought was going to be a very stressful, confusing and time-consuming part of my life was almost the opposite. Marwan’s professionalism and knowledge made selling my home an enjoyable and easy experience. He was prompt and always available for any questions that I had and I felt like I was a priority and not just another client. Additionally, the photographer that Marwan used was fantastic my place out of 7-8 comparable listings by far had the best photos and I without question believe that helped sell my place so fast. Marwan is an amazing person and honest. He was patient with my house search knowing my wife and I had specific needs. Marwan is very knowledgeable being able to spot issues we would have looked past.

I consider myself lucky to have met and worked with Veronica and Michael Palin. Their professionalism, efficiency, no-nonsense work ethic combined with their knowledge of the Sunnyside and Hillhurst areas made my experience so stress-free! Michael was able to describe some of the more complicated processes in a way that i was able to wrap my head around it with ease and I am ever so grateful.

As a first time home buyer I really had no idea what I was getting myself into. But having Marwan Charanek by my side in this adventure was the best decision I made.
