Eglinton-Danforth Road Radiology(X-Ray and Ultrasound)

I came here for my daughter’s and wife’s ultrasound test. The personal was extremely friendly and supportive. They have a female technician you can choose (if you want to). Overall, I’m very satisfied with their service and would recommend this place to others.

Walked in at 9:45 AM on a weekday, was in and out in 15 minutes. They allowed me to just forward them the email of my doctor’s requisition form. The staff was polite, the place was really clean, excellent service!

Glad to have found this place. I recommend. They answered my questions over the phone and barely waited when I went in - they’re busy but efficient. Also my technician, Sarwat, was really kind and considerate. She was patient and cognizant of how I felt. Thank you

A highly recommended place for radiology in Greater Toronto Area since all the staffs are friendly and highly professional. In addition, the place is neat and clean and with all the public health measures in place to prevent COVID-19. I visited today and almost a year ago for ultrasound. I have amazing experience in my both visits.

Went here on two separate occasions for ultrasounds and x-rays. They occasionally can take same day walk-ins depending on what you need and how booked they are. So your mileage may vary and be sure to call in first if you don’t have a booked appointment. Not a great ambiance but that isn’t the primary thing I’m looking for for an imaging place. I want a place which can accommodate my imaging request conveniently and usually this place has been good in that regard.

Terrible experience with the man behind the front desk.He also kept me waiting 30 minutes in the front lobby while chatting with a technician behind the counter for those 30 minutes!The clerk deliberately deceived me with his gross dishonesty. I was scheduled for two ultrasounds and I stressed to him the importance of one of them and he assured me that it would be done and that the results would be promptly sent to my specialist. When I completed the first test, the second test could have been conducted with the same technician on the same examination table. But the technician asked me to leave after the first test telling me I would have to come back a second time. So more unnecessary fasting, drinking 1 litre of water...etc. The clerk had told the technician not to conduct the 2'nd test because he was 30 minutes late in accepting me - I had booked 1 week in advance for a morning appointment and I had to wait for 30 minutes in the beginning.I did not book my second appointment and left in disgust.

PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. I always run into the worse clinics in Scarborough. This establishment is very disorganized. I called for an appointment and the guy in the back speaking who is clearly the ladies lover at the front desk , refused me care I don’t know if this is a racist card. But I’ve been on the phone for the past 12 mins arguing back and forth on why I am not being taken for care . She said she cannot help me and to please call somewhere else and hang up the phone on me. I advise all pregnant women not to come here , I don’t know why midwife’s or doctors would ever recommend here .(imagine being on the phone and you call here the guy in the back telling the lady , “tell her go somewhere else “, “don’t take her”. I have the full conversation recorded on my other phone ridiculous!, I’m sorry I can’t post it here

Great clinic! Friendly staff, helped me when I was not able to print my referral form. Took me at last minute. Receptionist and X-ray tech were really nice and made me feel very comfortable! Would recommend. Was in and out in less than 30 minutes!
