Have only experienced retail space, very helpful staff and great return policy with receipt for product. Convenient location inside mall. Lots of parking and always have full product selection available.

I started going to Chatters just a few months ago and I have Cathy K. do my hair she always does such a fantastic job and just when I think a haircut can’t get any better I get a better one. I have told her she is not allowed to ever retire. Lol Thank you Cathy and thank you to Chatters for having her on your team.

Have went in numerous times to inquire about a haircut and each and every single time I’ve went in , dispite different day and different times I’m told they never have time for a hair cut , tho when I walk in you maybe see one or no people evern in the salon getting services but you see employees standing around chit chatting , I’m told to make a appointment but unfortunately I have a son with mental disabilities who doesn’t do well with hair cuts it’s incredibly hard to find those moments when he’s in a cooperative mood Hense making a appointment difficult as I just never know what days he’s going to be in a cooperative mood. I’d never recommend this place nor would I bother trying to go back as it’s not at all convient or ideal for kids with disabilities. I’d rather go to great clips where they have time and it’s walk in and do a good job for a cheaper cost and know how to deal with kids like my son .

If I could give 0 stars I would! …I had pre-booked an appointment online for my grandmother. We had been in previously and needed to come back for a different service. I received a text confirming the appointment (so I know they had my correct number) … I drive 40 mins into town to pickup my grandmother to bring her to the appointment that was previously booked and confirmed (I will include the screenshot on the pre confirmed appointment if it lets me ) … show up for them to tell us there was no available person to do the appointment! I’m sorry what?!? The women told me she tried to call me to tell me but I have no missed calls or text letting me know this at all!! The women also said the online booking can be tricky like this! Uhhh no! If that’s the case then don’t offer the service of online booking… They also did not offer to compensate or discount a future appointments for our waste of time and gas coming in! What a joke! The haircut my grandma received prior was also done very fast and uneven .. you can also expect them to try and upswell you on everything they have in store! Very poor customer retention and service! Thanks so much lol

So the stylist herself was amazing but the prices were not and they didn't tell me upfront or at all how much it was going to be - big shock. It's not like the stylist isn't worth it but most of that doesn't go to her so that was disappointing. I definitely was not happy with the amount, the result I am pleased with but if you can find somewhere that doesn't charge so much I would definitely go there.

This is the third time Kathy has cut my son's hair. She has done an amazing job each and every time. We feel lucky that we found her because we are new to the Peterborough area.

Dyana is very attentive to detail, friendly and even offered me a refreshment.....my hair was dark brown with red highlights and she achieved the desired hair color balayage with blondish streaks that I was looking for:]

I went for the 1st time and was treated very well. My hairdresser Kim was very kind to me when I was having some personal issues. Not only was she kind but gave me an awesome hair cut that I absolutely love.Kim and the owner went above and beyond in customer service for me that day and I'm forever grateful.These girls are great and will take great care of you. 5/5. Thanks Kim and gang.
