In the last three months we were able to hire 3 developers/programmers, a sales manager, 2 sales reps, and a social media manager all through NetHire. I had a wonderful experience with NetHire. I especially love the fact there was an actual person as the account manager, unlike other large job boards, it made all the difference. Great experience. Response time is quick and efficient from Account Manager Scott Simpson. When we have an issue with a job posting, the support team is there to rejig" the wording so we get a better response from candidates. NetHire was great for our hiring needs. We were struggling to get applicants though our regular channels, so decided to give NetHire a shot. We weren't disappointed, and ended up filling the wide variety of positions we posted on NetHire. Our account managed Sean was extremely helpful and very responsive to our time lines. Would recommend Sean and NetHire if you are having trouble find good applicants for any position.

This company promises the world but doesn't stand by it. The sales person(who is very persistent)promised us up and down that satisfaction was guaranteed if we signed up with a package. We were expressly told that if we were not happy with the results a secondary ad would be run until a number of qualified applicants were yielded. When confronted about this promise the salesperson tried to wiggle out of their commitment by claiming that sufficient qualified applicants had been provided. In some cases they tried to qualify there claim by citing job applicants from other cities (in one case an individual from Guelph had mistakenly applied) should be included in qualified" applicants.Beware

NetHire is a great recruitment tool for direct hire and, Senior Account Manager Sean Marshall willingly and cheerfully assists Layfield in posting jobs and sourcing candidates to fill in demand" positions."

I work at this company and they are committed to Quality Customer Service. I also used to work in Human Resources as a Recruiter, Generalist, etc and know how hard it is to source and they sell response without competing with the HR Department. It's an innovative company that is leading edge that always comes up with programs, specials every month.
