Northwest Pointe

During our time as tenants at Northwest Pointe, we were lucky to be in the care of a pleasant management team. Special shout-out goes to Chidozie, our building manager. Dozie was super helpful and professional since day one. He responded to our messages and came to our assistance at any time of the day. Our move in and out procedure was made easy and smooth because of his friendly demeanour and kind offer to assist in anyway possible. Thank you Chidozie and Boardwalk for a pleasant stay. We are happy to continue to be your tenants at another location of yours in the downtown area near our work.

I moved in a few months back and am really happy and content with the services of the staff. I have had quite a bit of issues to be sorted just after moving in, and am so grateful to Dozie for being so prompt and prioritizing the issues. He is always approachable, patient and understanding to ensure that my issues are all addressed appropriately and timely. I would also like to mention Sami, who is always so helpful and friendly. Overall, I am very happy to have such kind and helpful staff at my buidling.

Its been only a few days here. Great experience so far! Though there were some tiny issues initially, they were addressed and resolved by manager Dozy very promptly. Both Abe and Dozy are very cooperative. Hope to get good services like this in future. My unit is clean, comfortable, and the leasing and move in was smooth. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Northwest Pointe was a fantastic place to stay. Clean & comfortable! Great location, close to everything. Would recommend this place to anyone, especially students!My special thanks to Mr. Dozzy for the hospitality, clear instructions, and support like an elder brother. He was always ready to listen patiently with a smile. Moreover, he resolved all the issues very promptly.I am also thankful to Mr. Alex, who is helpful and provides excellent customer service.

Living here with my family and we like it. Manager of the building Dozy is a very nice person who is always helpful, ready to listen and smiling. Waited for us to check-in late evening on Saturday even though he was not supposed to but kindly understanding our situation. Can give advices about extra questions not only about the building stuff. Request for maintenance was scheduled and done on the second day after we applied for it. Building’s hallways are clean and look fresh. We have good condition appliances in our unit.

I am very happy and grateful with the northwest point management, leasing and service team, they are always nice, helpful and responsive. Dozzy went above and beyond my expectations and he was very cooperative and helpful during my stay at boardwalk as well as the time I had to move out (due to buying a house).They always take good care of units and ensure tenants requirements are met. I do highly recommend boardwalk NorthWest point property.

Great experience so far! Very smooth move in process and property manager Naveen goes above and beyond for his residents. My unit is clean, comfortable, and every aspect of the leasing and move in process has been seamless! Would recommend this place to anyone, especially students!just wanted to update this! i’ve been here for a year and two months so far and still 5 stars from me. new building manager Dozy is the kindest, most accommodating man and maintenance is dealt with promptly. definitely a great place to live for students or young professionals.

I moved here about 3 weeks ago. My feeling about here is that the management and the staff are always trying their best to help the tenants. So that from my point of view, everything is clean, tidy and safe.First of all, Dozie, from the management office, is so respectable and helpful. Helped us so much with all the issues one by one.The maintenance, Summi, is a creative and very nice person who fix all problem as soon as possible!In addition I want to thank the manager, Alex, and Andi, from Security who is so nice.Last but foremost, again, I have to mention Abeba, the manager of Boardwalk Heights. She is very nice, helpful and professional! The reason why we wanted to live here!Thank you all for making us feel home!

This is one of the greatest building,and the best land manager Aika is professionalists of what she is doing,very knowledgeable person and in the same time super friendly, she is the one of the reason that we are here at this building,also Max he is always willing to help with information or work Great experience .I always recommending this building because of Aika and Maxi and because is very convince location. We love it.

I am living at Boardwalk Northwest Pointe for the past three months. Alex, the manager of the community was very helpful right from the beginning of the leasing process. Though there were small issues with the apartment, when we moved in, Alex addressed all our complaints very promptly and made sure that they were all fixed within a week. Boardwalk definitely has got a great administration unit that addresses their customers needs most effectively.
