Campbell's Landing Marina Limited

Had a fluctuating oil pressure gauge, which can be nothing or a really bad something. Lucky to be close enough to nurse boat to Campbell's although not our regular marina (we are on east shore). Colleen, Glen and the crew were great, sorted the issue (loose sensor wire), gauges working great, and I managed to get a oil change as well, on short notice. Thanks all!

Some of the worst customer service you will find in any industry. I brought my boat in to be fixed and didn't hear from them for a week and when I called for an update no one had even looked at it and I was treated like I was waisting their time even calling.They finally looked at it and were unable to find the leak even after I told them over the phone where it was. They wanted to charge me labour for looking" at it. I had to then show them in person where the leak was. The part was replaced and now my boat doesn't work at all.... So off to another Marina

So disappointed with the service at Campbells Landing. We brought our two year old boat for winter storage. We have no idea where it was stored but it not only wasn’t cleaned, it had pine needles and decomposing leaves in the interior, the hull wasn’t cleaned at all. We gave one month’s, then one week’s, then one day’s and then 2 hours notice that we were coming to pick it up and still waited for almost an hour. They did a $600 repair without calling us about it. The repair might have been covered under a warranty but not even the courtesy of a phone call to discuss. It just seemed that they didn’t care. When we called to complain about the state of the boat they said to bring it in but with all the frustration around this experience, we were done here.

We met Glen and his brother today while checking out a Bluefin boat they had for sale on their website. What a great marina and what a history..very special in these times where the industry is being taken over by large corporate interests.These guys are genuine., taking the time to help whoever crosses their paths. You are lucky Muskoka.

Such a wonderful & kind Family. I have been going there for over 10 years. They take such good care of my PWC including winter storage. I dont trust anyone else. I will buy & service all my watercraft/boats at this place. You will not regret it. I see reviews about the time it takes for repairs but I have never had an issue. I would wait during peek season if needed as there would be boats ahead of mine. Safe boating.

These guys saved our weekend! We were able to rent a snowmobile from them this weekend in such short notice after a fell through with a previous renter. They held on the only sled left this weekend until we got there. Had it all ready And at a reasonable and fair price. These guys are definitely a go to place for renting snowmobiles. Highly recommend them !

The owners are always very professional. They service and look after all my boats and water craft toys. They are honest, trustworthy, and complete the work the say they will provide for me. They have never let me down in over 15 years and counting. Best marina in Muskoka

Campbell's has been a steadfast of those of us going up to the lake 5 generations and counting. Friendly service, welcoming staff, and almost always able and willing to help.They occasionally seem to have trouble keeping up during the busy times, but by and large they are effective and affordable (for the region, at least).
