What an amazing place for families to feel really safe and comfortable. I was really impressed

I had support from the nurse practitioners, specialist doctor, and councillor while I was pregnant and after with my son. Everyone is very friendly. I personally did not click with one of the doctors there that started following my pregnancy but because I had hypertension I was able to switch to the specialist doctor for the rest of my pregnancy and she was amazing. She actually came from her other office to deliver my son via C-section when my induction went side ways. I still go and see Amanda the nurse practitioner for medication and when my son or I need medical attention and she has to be my all time favourite medical professional. Everyone except that one doctor treats me with a great deal of respect and everyone is always smiling and knows most of the girls including myself by first name which makes you feel super comfortable. Highly suggest going here if your pregnant or need supports. *

They take away a special needs persons baby then they throw her to the wolves very unprofessional they lie and they bully a special needs woman who can't read and write to sign documents without proof and for all u believers in this place ....give your heads a shake they feel empowered when the bully and betray a mom from being a mom management needs to be fired and never be allowed to work anywhere near these places

I donate to this foundation regularly and have found that the staff their are great at returning my calls. I feel comfort knowing that the things I donate go directly to the people in need. Highly recommend donating to this cause.

Its a great place to be when your in need of some extra support for when you dont have any support for when your working on getting your kids back and when you need to have a safe stable environment for you while your pregnant and when you have your newborn baby and have issues with the ministry n to b able to keep your new baby in your custody if your having issues with mcfd in your life just from my point of view.

Did not like the woman's shelter, felt very uncomfortable, no privacy, judged, and lonely. Staff there need to respect the clients privacy and not just walk in during safety checks, then LOCK the doors when leaving. Not leaving it unlocked after abruptly barging in for a safety check at 7am

All of them are professionals and they do their work with passion . Midwives miss maxine jones and bridget are in their excellence , they always make me feel comfortable and ask my situation since i have severe sickness in my pregnancy. They make and resolve problem as much as they can , they communicate well and answer my concern . I dont think i can find midwives like them , and all of staff from miss lyn who always there to answer all questions and emily who called me about my appointments, miss irene from drop in coordinator will never be posssible to get my kids childcare benefits and rental assistance without your help . Nurse practitioner are awesome and very delightful and dental hygienist who are very lovely and support me and my kids dental problem thank u!

My girlfriend went here for her methadone after she had given birth and gotten clean off heavy drugs. She was treated wonderfully by the staff, with zero judgements from the counsellor, April. Doctor Patricelli, who is no longer there, was her methadone doctor, and doctor in general, and she was amazing with her patients. She really cared and helped my girlfriend out with finding a treatment centre, and helped provide her with people who could advocate for her due to her anxiety.One thing my girlfriend would criticize. is the lack of doctors. They dropped two of their best doctors, thus had to drop a lot of their clients; i.e. everyone who wasn't pregnant at the time. They only had one doctor who saw the pregnant methadone patients, then a nurse practitioner who saw everyone else for other things. My girlfriend hasn't been back since they dropped their patients, but hopefully they found a new doctor or two.All around great place, and I would definitely recommend this place, not only to pregnant women or ones with children, but any woman struggling with addiction, or who needs a place to rest their heads (they have a shelter upstairs).

This was an amazing place to go. Always felt welcome and safe. Great staff and à ton to offer those women in need. Actually miss going there.

Best staff and Doctors. Wrap around care of mothers and babies. A one stop shop of services for mothers and children.**Has special intake requirements. You must meet several requirements to be able to intake and access services. Call first to see if you will be able to intake.
