I needed help with a computer software already installed on my computer. It just wasn't working for me all of a sudden. I tried everything to fix on my own wasting hours of my time. I was unsure who to call or what to do I was so confused but I found 1CS number in a google search and within the hour my problem was solved! Great customer service and knowledgeable.
