A family run business that continues to provide amazing customer service. My clothes always come back clean, nicely packaged, and without a chemical smell. Prices are reasonable along with their lead time. Highly recommend!

The owners were very nice but the quality of work was unacceptable. White shirts still had some discoloration around the neck which is normally very easily removed and the pressing was untidy. They also lost a number of our large suit coat hangers. I would recommend staying away from this one.

Not just the best Dry Cleaner in Aurora by far, but also the best for alterations and badges, etc. I use them for my kid's Martial Arts uniforms and have never once had any issue with their level of quality or service. A pleasure to deal with.

Generally, I don’t leave reviews but feel that this one is necessary.I brought two shirts in for alterations at the sleeves. The sleeves index up being cut too short from what was measured, and the shirts are unwearable now.The unfortunate part is that she won’t take accountability for her work and basically started yelling at me and my family as we were trying to discuss the issues and a resolution. A simple I’m sorry/refund would have sufficed.I’m out two shirts, which is disappointing but the lack of professionalism and attitude here is appalling.Maybe think twice on this place with your clothes.

I never leave reviews, but avoid this place at ALL COSTS, if they damage your clothes you'll have to deal with the same situation I did.I left a pair of $1200.00 jeans to be washed. I told them they're very delicate. When I came to pick them up I noticed the color of the jeans went on the white thread rips on the jeans, I was upset, but I understood mistakes happen and this family obviously didn't mean to do that. Unfortunately, instead of taking accountability and apologizing, the lady proceeded to argue with me for 20 minutes that the statins were never there, she was saying I bought the jeans like that, asking me where I bought them, asking me to show her pictures of them new, she even went as far as to say, if she would have taken pictures of the jeans before hand she could have proved that the stains came with the jeans when bought, LOL.Instead of taking responsibility and defusing the situation she pretty much was calling me a liar saying that they didn't do anything wrong, and that the jeans were like that when I brought them in. It was very clear from seeing the jeans that the color was from the jeans and it was due to incorrect washing practices, they soaked the jeans so much that the blue color of the jeans transferred over to the white stitched rips, as a person who runs a dry cleaning store you would have to be super careless to do that, because everyone knows that blue jean color will statin white shoes or shirts if soaked. Whenever she realized in the conversation she was wrong, she would say sorry my english isn't good." I talked to the husband after he was very calm and nice at explaining

Great, friendly dry cleaner in Aurora with reasonable prices. They did an excellent job with my suit and shirts - cleaned, removed stains and pressed nicely. They can get busy, but they move the line fairly quickly and very efficiently.

Best dry cleaner in Aurora area. The new owner took over the business just a few months ago.She owns an organic dry cleaner plant in newmarket so the quality of work is exceptional and professional. And the price is lower than most dry cleaners in nearby area. Great alteration job too!

I, as well as the rest of my family have been going there for years with no problems. Fred and his wife are among the nicest people you'll ever meet. Nobody is 100% perfect and I'm sure if those who reported issues had gone back to the establishment, they would have tried their best to make it right. I have no problem recommending this business. They do great work on patches for motorcycle vests as well...

I highly recommend Universal Dry Cleaners if you live in/near Aurora. Not only do they offer quality dry cleaning, they are the ones to go to for alterations! I had to get my bridesmaid dress altered and was nervous about the outcome. Universal dry cleaners took my measurements and did an outstanding job with my bridesmaid dress in a short amount of time. The owner is very kind and professional. I will definitely be back.Thank you!
