Nurse and Doctor have a great sense of humor and are very professional.It is a very good idea to get your moles photographed with their mapping system to keep an eye on any changes. Melanoma cancer is very aggressive and catching it early is key. I would highly recommend this place.

I found the entire experience to be very professional. The nurse who greeted me at reception (I don't remember her name) was very friendly. Steph, the nurse who administered the equipment, put me completely at ease, explained everything, and I felt very comfortable throughout the process. When one is getting this sort of service done -- especially for the first time -- it really helps to have someone as kind and professional as Steph. Throughout my visit, I felt like I was treated with care and respect. I sincerely appreciated Dr. MacPhee's work and his thoughts - I felt like I was in very capable hands. I would not hesitate to recommend this clinic to anyone who wants to get something checked out. It is money well spent. I also appreciated how easy it was to book an appointment, and the appointment occurred on time!

In the past, this office was inefficient on processing and communicating skin lesion results for my elderly uncle, and appears to have difficulties making reasonable accommodations for the disabled: simple things like helping a visually impaired senior pay with a credit card or working with a cognitively impaired senior and a companion/support professional during an appointment. Such barriers to care are serious and have been reported to the College of Physicians and Surgeons as well as the Ministry. There are other wonderful clinics one can choose whose leadership and staff are inclusive and supportive in their approach.

The service was excellent up to the point of getting my results back. They confirmed a week ago that the results have come back from the lab but I am having challenges gaining access to them. As well, there is no confirmation or a reluctance to share the results with my family doctor. Apparently there is only one doctor at the clinic that screens and communicates the results to customers and this doctor is extremely busy" with obligations external to the Skin Cancer Clinic

Ridiculous wait times after you have paid for your appointment. A fee for service clinic should staff appropriately for their service. They indicated that they don't want to rush patients. They should schedule so they don't have their patients wait. Almost 50 minutes and still waiting; not acceptable.

My experience was excellent. The staff was friendly, and the exam was thorough. I'm very grateful that this clinic has opened... I was able to book online and arrange an appointment within a week or two. Normally I would need to wait for months to be seen by a Dermatologist. These folks are fantastic!

Very professional medical business. They explained everything they were doing, every step of the way.No condescending remarks, no eye rolls, the staff didn't make you feel like you were just a number and rushing you out the door. And stated their vaccination status for piece of mind. Highly recommend!

A great experience at this clinic. All the staff were professional, knowledgable, helpful, efficient, and compassionate, with a healthy dose of humour in the mix. Their booking system was easy and appointment times were convenient. I would highly recommend this service.

Dr MacPhee does not see patients or attend the clinic. Your scan is done by an experienced nurse. Despite paying $195 for a private service, this clinic will not give you a copy of your results, which is standard practice with Ontario Breast and Colon cancer screening programs. The clinic’s concern for privacy is given for refusing to give patient results, even though the interaction remains between patient and provider. The website information should be updated to give patients clear expectations. Patients who are charged for private health care deserve excellent customer service.

Easy to book, courteous and professional staff, nice brightly lit facility (understandably since they're looking at moles), easy process. I wish this existed in the public system, but I'm grateful I can access it as a paid service. Wait list is about 3 months but by checking a few times I was able to grab a canceled appointment only a few days out. A follow up biopsy is only a month out, too.
