Paul (the owner) and his team were a pleasure to work with. The sunroom is a great addition to our home and has made the deck a very usable and enjoyable space, both in summer and in winter. Working with Ideal Sundecks (1979) Ltd. has been the best decision we have made since starting our house renovations a year ago. Paul & his crew are by far the best crew we've dealt with since starting our home renovations. The workmanship is top notch. Paul & the Crew went the extra mile to ensure we were completely satified. My sunroom is incredible! I really appreciated the guidance and advice Paul gave us and he connected us with other contractors that we required to have a new concrete pad poured. At no fault of Ideal Sundecks, the permitting process was much longer than we anticipated, but the end product far made up for the wait. It has truly transformed our covered patio into our favourite room in the house. Sean, our installer, was incredible to work with. My Wife's sunroom is awesome! We really like and enjoy the final product. I strongly recommend this business for their professionalism, quality of product and workers. Shaun & Brett are so professional, meticulous, friendly, good advisers as the project was going forward. After each end of the day, they (Shaun & Brett) clean the work area, their tools and tided everything to make sure it didn't look like a construction site. I've worked with other contractor and it is rare to see the tidiness like they were doing after each day.I , Fannie, am Super thankful and really enjoyed my sunroom, it was all build and created by Shaun , Brett and Paul (the owner). It is just a piece of art that they created for me, us. We had Ideal Sundecks install our sunroom in November 2020. It is has been a perfect place to enjoy the outdoors, without the elements affecting our comfort. Even though it's unheated, when the sun shines, in, it extends our seasons immensely. (-12C outside, +12C in the sunroom. ) Our installer Brett, was wonderful.
