We visited Donnelly's, as one does, to look at a new vehicle. Not much available on the lot, but Aiden went through the options available, and his best estimate at timelines for vehicles coming in. A couple of weeks later, he was able to provide us example of the two models we looked at for test drives, and explained the differences between what we saw and what we would get in the trim lines we were considering. He was helpful, friendly and knowledgable. Very pleasant to work with. Now we just need to wait for vehicle availability!

Great service from the sales team. I talked to Aidan about buying a Kia Soul. Nice car but it wasn't the right fit for me. Aidan was very knowledgeable and helped me understand everything I needed to know about the car and the buying and trade-in process. Highly recommend this dealership for sales.

After the loss if my vehicle I started the exhausting search for a replacement. I came across Donnelly Kia who had the vehicle I wanted at the best price. After contacting them I was put in touch with Aidan. He was incredibly helpful and answered all my questions and helped me through the process. Finance manage Abdul was also very helpful and worked out a great deal for me. The dealership being very busy at this time were saying it wouldn't be until next week to take delivery... but behind the scenes Aidan and the service staff were able to get my new vehicle for the long weekend!!!! I recently purchased a used 2021 Kia Forte EX from Donnelly Kia and was beyond impressed with the entire process. It was my first time purchasing a car on my own and I was not looking forward to car shopping. At every other dealership I visited, I was either being completely ignored or bombarded by sales people. When I visited Donnelly, I was greeted by Aidan, who was wonderful to deal with. He was kind and professional, and I never once felt pressured or pushed into buying the car. The no pressure environment and genuine nice people definitely contributed to me purchasing the vehicle that day! Hussein got me an awesome deal on the car and I picked it up a few days later. Recently purchased a Kia Soul and couldn’t be happier with the experience! Abdul went above and beyond to make things work and help me understand what I was getting into and all of my options. Every time I stepped into the facility I was kindly greeted with smiles and no one seemed like a “pushy salesperson”. Overall great experience and I’m glad I went to this location!

Bought a brand new Kia Seltos from Abdul at Donnelly Kia.Abdul was awesome; answered all my questions, my texts, my concerns and was so excited for me! He made the lease experience a smooth one and as an added bonus, he's got a great sense of humour! He even took a pic with me beside my new car! That was not at all my experience with my last vehicle purchase at a different manufacturer.I waited less than 2 months for my vehicle to come in!
