I am beyond the moon thrilled with my pool! Jake and his team were amazing to deal with every step of the way. Sure, Covid threw a monkey wrench into timing, but what didn't it affect? I heard from them at regular intervals keeping me up to date with any type of delays or progress that was being made. Once they had my pool they were patient with me, as my landscape company prepped my property for the pool, as well. Anytime I had a question, it was answered in a timely manner by any one of the team. Being so new to having a pool, Mitch and Jake both were amazing with answering my questions and setting me up to get it running. With only getting a couple of opportunities to use it this season, my family can't wait to get it up and running next year! Thank you so much Jake and gang for everything!!

Update - it is now several weeks later and the pool install was not finished. They didn’t even assemble the skimmer and left saying they’d come back to complete but we haven’t seen them. Today is July 10 and they stated they’d have everything working the last week of June. The pool now has algae as they filled it when it was still full of rocks and gravel and left it without hooking up the chlorination (no reason to not do this - just couldn’t be bothered to come back and finish I guess. The water is full of fine rock particulate and dirt and now, slime too. The operators suggestion? Just dump a couple bags of salt in the pool. What the heck?! Very unhappy.Old review - I am surprised to see the (current) 3-star average for this company. We are mid-install and I have been delighted by the courtesy, friendliness, manners, and execution of the pool install to date. I will amend my review once the pool is up and running, but I am not particularly concerned about anything other than a very satisfactory result judging from the services we have received so far.

I told Jake that they need to change their name from Narellan to NAH - ALL - IN...cause this is their philosophy and dedication to complete customer service... Jake and his team are ALL IN!!!From the first time that Jake came out to assess our yard for a pool, to understand the pool needs specifically of our family, and to provide us with his insightful recommendations, the Narellan experience has been outstanding. Now layer in the outside pressures and issues caused by the recent Covid pandemic, with a few unexpected delays and last minute changes...and Jake and his team have been there effectively communicating and working through these to keep the project not too far behind schedule. Very happy with the layout design and quality of their fibreglass pool! I have already recommended many colleagues and friends to consider buying a fibreglass pool from only NARELLAN Pools.

It started off wonderful. Lots of delays and supply issues due to Covid which they graciously rectified at no cost to us. We wound up with a pool much larger than originally purchased. After that - it went downhill. Install was relatively quick. However, once the major install was complete any finishing details were left and ignored. Impossible to get a response from the company. They would tell us they were sending someone to fix/finish things and no one would show. When someone did finally show - they did not know what they were doing, and were not qualified to do it. The lack of communication is unbelievable. We used the company to close our pool for the first time (would not recommend - it is NOT included like most other pool companies) and we are still waiting to pay. In which I mean - they did not fully complete the job and we are still waiting for them to do so (since last fall) as well as buff some scratches they made and finish the caulking under our coping stone. They have sent emails requesting payment, which we have said we will gladly pay once the job is done, but nothing has been rectified. Our heater has been acting up all summer. Reached out to the company to rectify this (as it is still under warranty) and have heard crickets. I would definitely not recommend this company. While the product may be great - Niagara/Hamilton Narellan division is ruining their reputation and a setting a poor tone for the company overall.

Contractors name is Tom Dowling who now owns a new business called Ontario Fiberglass Pools. *****DO NOT TRUST THEM.*****

Niagara Hamilton Narellan Pools installed our pool last October, in the middle of Covid... we could not be happier with the install & their entire team...install & service offered through-out by Jake, Tim, Mitch and their entire team plus the Office, Vicky and Cora who totally get customer service and the importance of communicating and getting back with timely answers.Coordination with limited supplies seemed to go very well in the face of Covid Adversity. If there was an issue they were upfront and found solution throughout this project. From the first shovel in the ground, to pool equipment intstalled & matched perfectly, to the last landscaping stone put in place...could not be more pleased. Thank you Niagara Hamilton Narellan!We apologize as we didn't concentrate on picture taking this past summer as our posted pictures do not do the final product justice.

Jake and his crew were outstanding. Very professional and knowledgeable.The installation crew was great. We have already created many great family memories and will be looking forward to many more. We will post a photo when we open next season.Highly recommend this business !!!

The pool we ordered was beyond our expectations once completed. The installation was even started one month before our original given start date! This was all done during the so called" pandemic in early 2021! During and after completion everyone was accessible and very professional. I've dealt with different pool companies in the past and Narellan has been by far the best!"
