I did visit for my credit card renew because they don't do over the phone three counter is open and 10 people is standing in line really slow try to avoid this location. Worst experience ever.

Horrible location. 0 help. Huge line. Tellers are redundant and have 0 knowledge on banking processes. Taking MINUTES in between clients. This location is NOTORIOUS for having HORRIBLE SERVICE. When will scotiabank fix this?

The teller Rachel was rude with no greetings , no eye contact or smile on her face & didn’t seem to help when I had visited the branch . I had insisted to be looked after by a financial advisor & all she kept telling is that she can’t help me with it & I have to book an appointment .Since she was so arrogant I insisted that I needed to speak to the manager . The manager was very pleasant & helpful & she addressed my issues very well.Overall that teller needs to understand the nature of her job in helping customers.

I'm not sure if it's a management issue or it's an employee issue but at this location, they REDUNDANTLY take their sweet time doing absolutely nothing. Filler actions. This is a place of business, you're at work. Serve me and let me get the HELL out of your branch so I can run my business and continue with my life. Tellers are a glorified cashier, let alone at this location. Truly lethargic location. Take pride in your work, have some self respect.

Scheduled an appointment a week in advance. Came 10 min before appointment time, was waiting for 20 min, and was told that appointment was scheduled by mistake, the person, I had appointment with not working today. Disappointed, you could call.

Horrible customer services, all the tellers need to learn proper work etiquette. Every time we come to this branch everyone is rude and doesn’t want to help you with anything. Due to their poor customer service my husband and I decided to close down our accounts and open them up else where.

Rude service and poor management of their own mistakes. I have used this branch for years as my home branch and now I’m gonna change it. If you keep treating people this way, you will keep losing customers. Me and my whole family.

My bank card expired at the time all my id were in the mail. Both the teller as well as her manager went above and beyond helping me get all the documents needed to obtain and activate a new card. It took 2 seperat visit to accomplish my mission but i was happy it was done and did not feel embarrassed as I was treated with kindness. Anyone in a sticky situation needs to be calm no matter how frustrating it may be or actually feel.
