A wonderful experience through and through. A welcoming environment and calming journey like nothing I’ve done before, and being in such a beautiful location out in the lovely country scenery absolutely helps contribute to the serenity of the experience. Helped me to feel present and centered in a way I haven’t in practically ages. Well worth the trip from North Carolina!

The past Sunday myself and several of my co workers went to the Dome for a sound bath session. Everyone loved the experience. A must try if you have never done it before.

Wow wow wow! Admittedly I had high hopes because I have admired Sheila and her attention to detail for years. Sheila did not disappoint she gave me exactly what I wanted and what I didn't even know I needed at the same time. The whole experience was magic, from walking to the wooded path, banging the gongs, and almost falling asleep on the massage table, not to mention the sound bath. All music to my ears and healing to my molecular core.Book yourself into this dome oasis at once. You deserve it!

I had my first sound bath experience today with Sheila, and it will definitely not be my last! From beginning to end, an experience that allows you to connect with yourself and your surroundings. Wonderful experience! From the first moment you arrive, you feel the tranquility and beauty of the area. Once inside the dome you are transported to a place of calm and serenity and with many cozy spaces to relax in there is something to suit everyone. Sheila is an amazing guide through this journey and her warm presence is both soothing and supportive. This was my first experience with a sound bath and I was amazed!!! It was incredible and I left feeling centred and calm. Will definitely return!
