Paid $62 for a photo cake with a black and white photo. Planned my daughter's 16th birthday party around this cake. The manager called the day after I placed the order and said there was a slight green tint to the photo, that we would hardly notice it. When we went to pick it up, they tried to give us a black and GREEN photo cake. Solid, vibrant green. The manager would not speak to me over the phone, only told one of the employees to give me a $14 refund. Extremely bad customer service, Extremely bad cake. I will never step foot in that store again, and the manager (Ashley), should be fired. She is definitely NOT manager material. If I could give a no-star review, I would. Good thing Dairy Queen saved the day. They'll get all my ice cream money!!

The ice cream here is amazing I come here all the time. The only thing that should change is the employees attitudes very rude here never happy or smiling rush you out. I understand your busy but you shouldn’t feel rushed!!

A failed experiment and I would not recommend it. I spent the weekend and decided to go eat ice cream, and I was happy before entering the store, but the employee dealt badly. I asked her to show me three types of ice cream in one box. I was very strange. He wants to eat it, not it haha. She said pay me and we won't put you ice cream as you want. I paid and this is the bill and did not take the ice cream because I no longer wanted to eat it because of the bad treatment. I will never come back to you. I don't care about money, I just want to get a good service. $32.16 I will consider it as a gift from me to the store.

Ordered a cake for a birthday party and when I went to pick it up, it was nothing like what I had asked for. The manager (Ashley) would not even speak to me over the phone about the mistake, but instead told an employee to offer me a partial discount. Terrible customer service, and way too expensive for things they can't even do right. won't be going back EVER and I strongly recommend everyone else does the same.

Many exotic flavours... Ice-creams are delicious and fresh. However, this branch is always busy and there's a bit of wait (average 15 minutes). So, plan your visit and also call to check if your favourite flavour is available. My favourite is chocolate swiss.

Great ice cream. Friendly staff. Very limited seating. Feels crowded inside. Needs a hand wash station. Plenty of parking further out in the parking lot. Parking out front can be tight.

In-Person:We visited in person to Marble Slab after ordering through Uber Eats (see below). We were astonished to see how many different options they had as well as the endless possibilities you could make. Ordering online was nothing like this.They have multiple dipped cones with toppings on them. We both tried the white chocolate cone with Oreo pieces. We tried different ice creams and loved that you could watch the staff as they mixed all of your desired toppings in.I highly recommend going in person at least once to experience this. A great date idea!Ordering:We ordered from Marble Slab at 9:55pm and had our order delivered by 10:15pm. They were super quick, allowing the Uber to pick it up and head on his way in a short amount of time.We tried out the single serving (double chocolate) with brownies, Reece's cups, cookie dough, and rainbow sprinkles. I thought they would just put them on top but instead they mixed them in. They included massive pieces of brownie, cookie dough, and large Reece's cups. I didn't expect there to be so much but was so happy with the result.We also ordered a Red Velvet Ice Cream sandwich. It was great - didn't cause much of a mess and definitely worth ordering again.Nothing was melted when it arrived and the quick turn-around time meant that we could enjoy ice cream at a late hour.

Great customer service by Kayley who always has a smile on their face when my partner and I come in for our half litres. The quality of the ice cream is definitely worth the price. Thank you to Kayley who we always hope serves us. We will be back:)

Delicious icecream and wonderful staff. I unfortunately didn’t catch the names of the employees, but they were incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

It is decent ice cream, but not worth the price. The only appeal is having a variety of flavours that they never ACTUALLY have in stock. Three times I've tried to order different flavours only to get a call telling me they only have the three basic flavours available (Vanilla, Chocolate Swiss and Maple). Honestly, save yourself the money and just go to the grocery store. They lure you in with the hope of trying something different only to sell you ice cream you could buy WAY cheaper at the grocery store.
