Friendly service, but it took a solid 15 minutes to withdraw change from the counter. Unacceptable, considering there were only two clients in, with more working in the back chatting about their day.

This is the Branch that is closest to me and tried to get help from to Close my Mortgage account with them and 6 months later I am still waiting to release the mortgage that is at 0" for more than 10 months now. It is interesting that when people want to open an account every bank jumps to help you as quickly as possible but when you need to close it is a nightmare. I did not believe my notary when she told me that can take up to a year

i was secretly charged with a service i didint ask for .. i was told it was free but after 2 yrs i was i was charged 380$ for a service i didint need and didint ask .. horrible bank ill never go there again
