Great sale and service was excellent! My granddaughter loves the outfits and they fit perfectly!

Happiness return policy is a lie.The older lady shouted at me just because they don't have enough cash to refund me. What a great service!They are always happy to help when you are purchasing. When it comes to return, they become really ugly.

Terrible customer service!Sales rep made no effort to accommodate promotional code when presented with discount offer. No attempt to match code offer when other in store offers were available. Other Carter's locations have been more than accommodating and I will take my business to H&M, Old Navy and The Gap from now on. Do not shop here.

Overall a good place to get kids clothes. The sales are good and I was able to get some great items for my son.

Was there to buy a baby shower gift. Prices are reasonable given how fast babies grow out of clothes. Seems they always have some kind of sale on as well. I gave it a low rating because of the sales staff. I was there alone at first, single male, and one small associate stalked me through the store and came up to me three times asking if i needed help. It was clear she thought i was a thief. It was only when i said i was waiting for my mom to join me that she backed off and literally heaved a sigh of relief. Complete profiling. The other woman, the manager I'm assuming had an extremely heavy and aggressive sales approach. She was pleasant and kind enough but was not reading me well that i didn't need as much assistance as she was providing. It also felt like profiling in the this poor fellow lost and confused in a baby clothing store" way. My ideal sales person greets me

The sales person was so very rude to me I believe her name was deshaun, she responded very rudely to me when I asked if she could retrieve an outfit from the upper rack for me and she didn’t want to help me anymore so I needed to get help from another employee.I have never experienced such rude behaviour from any customer service representative before.
