I am beyond impressed with all the staff.. I had a root canal yesterday and Dr. Greg and his assistant were amazing and very confident and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable in their hands. The whole experience was quick and painless. The reception ladies are great to chat to and were kind enough to call today and see how I was doing. Love this place and if I need anymore work in the future Quintie Endodontics will be where I'll go!

I have to admit I was a little nervous about getting my root canal. However, from the get go, I was made to feel very comfortable. From the friendly receptionist, (I believe Daniel) to the dental assistants who made me feel at ease, and to Dr. Greg Soo Chan. WOW!! These guys are incredible. As most people, I was super anxious about getting a root canal done, but I shouldn’t have been. Greg and his team made the entire procedure painless, made sure I was good and numb before starting the drilling, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time in the chair. I highly recommend them!!

Exceptional! Dr. Chan and staff are amazing! They went above and beyond my expectations both during the treatment process and afterwards. I was fit in for an appointment the same day I called as I had a very swollen left side of my jaw which turned out to be a nasty infection in my jaw and I needed an emergency route canal which he did right then and there. Dr. Chan and his staff were so compassionate and understanding with me as I have anxiety when it comes to dentists. I have never had a dentist do a follow up call to see how I was doing. Amazing!!

I was referred to Dr. Soo Chan by my new dentist, I presented with pain on my jaw, tooth pain (deep fillings on the teeth) and as a college student I was prepared to spend the money to have my root canal done. Dr. Soo Chan did an extensive check on my entire section of teeth and concluded that it actually didn't need to be root canaled at all, this shows honesty and integrity because I was completely expecting to pay the money, I took his advice of reducing my clenching and all of my symptoms have resolved. Every staff was extremely nice and friendly and it was honestly like I was at home.Dr. Soo Chan has some mixed reviews, but from both mine and my uncle experience with him he has been nothing but professional, this is a well educated Doctor from UofT which is a top university in Canada. I would highly recommend Dr. Soo Chan to any friends and family, and will visit him when I do eventually need a root canal done.

So grateful to these people for fitting me into their schedule on a Friday when they are normally closed to fix my infected tooth. Thank you Greg and Sharon for your kindness and professionalism. The procedure wasn't as bad as I had expected. Thanks again!!

I am nervis as can be on march 9th i go for my first root canal

AMAZING experience. I was extremely extremely nervous to get my first root canal treatment, and the staff and dentist were all so supportive through the entire appointment. I can’t say enough good things about this office. Highly recommended!!

I was very anxious for my first time having a root canal.Everything about the experience exceeded my expectations. The procedure was much easier for me than I was expecting. Dr. Soo Chan explained everything that they were going to do and made sure I was comfortable at all times. The office staff went far above and beyond the service I am accustomed to. They were helpful with dealing with secondary insurance coverage and called to check up after my procedure. If I were ever to need major dental work done again I would not hesitate to return to this office.Great job to all!

A very professional and caring team. If you are anxious about dental treatment this is a great endodontist. The offices are very clean. Greg is smart, clear, and kind. Thanks so much for the great service from the time I entered the office.
