one of the worst experiences ever! Went in to get my iPhone 6 screen fixed in August. The kid working there told me he can fix my cracked screen within 5 hours and so I went to go pick it up that night! When i got there he told me something was wrong with my phone and that he needs to send it away to get it fixed. I agreed even though I was very angry. It took 2 and a half weeks for me to get my phone back, they did not even offer me a replacement phone. Turns out the guy fixing my phone blew the motherboard in my phone while trying to replace the screen. They fixed it and gave it back to me but when I got my phone back, everything was messed up. the flash did not work, the audio did not work etc. eventually my phone completely stopped working. I go to school in Sudbury and so it was not easy to come back to the store to show them this and whenever I called the guy who works there, he never answered his phone. I went to an applecare store in Sudbury and asked them to check my phone out to see why it was acting weird. They said that the people that fixed my phone completely damaged the inside, all the wires were wrong and they could not fix it, I have a paper from the applecare store as proof. When I came home from school I went in to R&S computers to get them to fix it. They told me to leave my phone there and they will check it out. 3 weeks later they call and tell me that there is nothing they can do to fix my phone even though they completely damaged it and I had proof that they damaged it. Basically I just went to get my cracked phone screen fixed and I ended up losing my phone altogether and they did not even compensate me for this. Horrible service from the brothers that work there. I am still trying to get a new phone since they messed up my last one. I will definitely be looking into pressing charges of some sort or sue this company for damaging my phone once I am home for the summer. Very bad communication skills as well from the workers and owners of this store.

Whenever there is an issue with my cameras ....they are always able to help. Fast at troubleshooting and friendly.

Very unprofessional installed ADT system at home in October, its not working properly I called many times no response at all. Then I called ADT they send one technician and technician find all work messed up. Stay away from them.

Wonderful service .Very cooperative staff.Professional and quality work. Must be give a chance to serve. You can not go wrong.
