I called I got an appointment scheduled right away. They have the type of customer service you would expect from a 5 star hotel not any mechanic. Gotta call that my car was done sooner than I expected and they make sure to tell me to watch over the silverberry part of the driveway because it was a storm that day.

I love going to Andy's. Customer service is exceptional. They're so genuine and honest about everything. Very reasonably priced. Way too many car places out there that are quick to take advantage of customers, especially women and older people. That would never happen at Andy's! Not only is Andy's Auto a family business, but they treat you like family! They always stick to their quotes, and help me make decisions for my car. They are great about honestly communicating what is going on with my car, and always do quality repairs. I recently moved away for school but will always come back to Andy's. I would recommend them to anyone!My dad worked as a tow truck driver for many years and says they’re the best in Guelph!

Andy's has been the most accommodating, thorough garage I've been to in years! Labour and parts costs are honest and upfront, pricing is very reasonable, and service is always with a smile.Came in with what my dealership (not Guelph) estimated at approx $8,000 in repairs. Andy's was only $1200+ tax!!! And my car runs like new!!!! Could not be happier with service, Andy's has a customer for life!!

The overall cost was competitive and lower than that what I would have paid at the dealership, with friendly, personal service as well. These guys know their stuff and are straightforward. Haven't been to every mechanic in Guelph but I dare to say, these guys are the best. Reasonable pricing, honest and excellent customer service. They are diverse in ages which makes them knowledgeable in old and new cars. They are great all around.
