All In The Cards

Situated in a plaza with lots of parking. Has lots of great gifts and cards for all occasions. Great for seasonal gifts as well. I mainly go here for the postal service at the back. Have been going here for years and seeing the same friendly faces. I know what people mean about the owner being rough around the edges. You either get along with him or you don't. I've never had any issues with him or his staff though. Cant say whether or not the prices are terrible as I've only been going here for years and have nothing to compare it against except for my local much more expensive UPS. Having a small business card probably helps keep the prices lower. Hours aren't great but they usually work well enough for me.

Both the man and woman that serve the post office desk were really helpful. I was able to send my package to Australia with their help, I was initially really confused with the process. The man was definitely nicer and more pleasant

Fast, smooth and pleasant experience.They are great people who know their job very well. They also have a great collection of cards, decorative items. Will definitely be back.

I never had an issues with this place until today. The older brown woman (sorry no other way to describe her not meant to be racial) who works at the postal counter is so mean! Me and my partner were yelled at for no reason today. Was going to use the service and decided to leave. Felt horrible and embarrassed by the incident. I will return to use to the services because I live in the area and because the usual guy is so amazing and nice if it was up to me he’d get 5 stars.. but that lady really made us feel attacked.

Standing outside on a Sat it is 12:12pm big line up and store is still not open horrible supposed open at noon

This place should not have a post office. They have extremely limited hours and the customer service is terrible. And now that covid is on they have reduced their hours even further. It is unfortunate we cannot pick which post office our packages go to.

Went Dec 24 @ 5:15 pm to pick up some Christmas presents in the Post Office in this store, the card they left me said held till December 25th. Guess what they were closed. I rang them their message said open till 8pm. Canada Post head office also confirmed that post office open to 8 pm usual time told me no post 25 or 26 go Fri morning. I am a senior with health issues had to wait for someone to take me there in a taxi.. I have to get there early Friday morning now before they open to see if I can stop them from sending the parcels back. Not very helpful or working to help the public.

I was at this location on Wednesday evening to send a package. Everyone was helpful especially Karnan. He patiently helped me stuffing with bubble wrap and sealing my package. I was also short of change and was very flexible of letting me pay the following day. That was very considerate of him. I think that was very nice and such great customer service. The worst post office service ever. So rude.Never again.Good luck with your business with this approach.

Great place to go for gift items. I was able to pick up not only a gift, but also a card and flowers for Valentine’s Day. Will definitely return when I need gifts in the future.
