Really disappointed in the snobby service I just received at this store, by an employee that seemed to be training a new employee.I probably won't return to this location and it may seem harsh but I value quality customer service in the establishments I support. With a large number or other locations to choose from, why would I return to risk the same experience. Don't do this job if you can't be nice to the customers you serve.

Absolutely disgusting treatment by the old lady with blonde hair. I really wish I would have gottenYour name so I could publicly Shame you the way you shamed me for my mask not being as high on my face as you perceived “the correct” way to wear it. Which I have no problem wearing and always do! Also it’s my choice to sanitize my hands, but thanks mom. Don’t take your bulk barn position so seriously and practise being a little more personable working in the service industry serving the public.

Most of the products I buy (rice, tea, dried fruit, flours...) are good, but the nuts are consistently stale/rancid. I'm a human garbage disposal; something has to be absolutely inedible before I complain.The staff are hit or miss. I oftentimes feel like I'm bothering the cashier. I don't know if working conditions are particularly bad, but they frequently seem to be in a mildly bad mood.

Not impressed...came to the bulkbarn to pick up a few items, all stale. Cashier gave nothing but attitude, no greeting, unfriendly. As well did not offer a bag. When I asked for one she proceeded to give me a plastic bag, I was under the impression all bulk barns used paper now? Atleast the other location in St.Catharines does. When I asked her for a paper bag she informed she will have to charge me for the paper bag..absolutely ridiculous. Plastic bag was free though! Suppose we will be making the environment worse on bulk barns dime!

Just returned from this store. Rudest most incompetent cashier. A young man who looked at me and tapped on the counter to indicate he would serve me. Kept asking what things were .. I had written the bin nos on everything! I'll be speaking with the manager tomorrow and never returning to this store!

Went to this Bulk Barn today to buy baking soda and a pop, the cashier was new and was clearly having troubles, the manager or supervisor (it appeared to be) was super condescending and rude to the kid when he asked for help. It made me feel uncomfortable the way she talked to him and how she acted.

Have been in store on two separate occasions. 3 of the wanted items were stale. Will go to other locations now. Interestingly, this location has an approximate 6 months to one year history of same complaint. Management is poor…
