I would rate this decent as the food was priced high and the quality of food was okayish.A small portion for a lot of $$$, if you’re super hungry and don’t find any options, this could be your last resort.Ordering the items from a device placed there on a table is just a No-No. It doesn’t work and customer service is kind of sluggish as well. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you’re super hungry and have no OTHER options available.Its better to walk a mile and go to the other side of the terminal for food than having it from here.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had with getting food! Several of the ordering tablets did not work, so it took time to find a table with good ones. After that, it only took part of our order, so we had to order twice. Then, the food was not what we ordered for one order and only partially correct for the other order. Plus, we were told only after waiting to be seated that the dishwasher was broken so they could not serve any drinks they would have to make, only canned or bottled drinks were available.When we showed the emanager, she tried to blame us! She literally said the tablets don't have issues, so we had to have messed up on ordering and didn't review it correctly before paying. When I tried to show her, she said she didn't have time for that (which we had to wait 20 minutes for her to arrive because we were told that she was working at a different place" at the moment).We just requested a refund at that point and she said they would only refund the one item that was completely incorrect (This was the cheeseburger and onion rings I ordered but instead

Our first ever visit and our first ever 1-star review. Service was poor, and the sandwiches were not worth the $37.00 we paid. Any questions on how to use the iPad ordering system were met with eye rolls. Hard stale buns aren’t worth the visit. Save your money, go anywhere else. Only good thing is they have music to drown out the how sad you’ll be after eating here.

Burger was Amazingly tender and the fries = perfection. Staff was professional and the food served within adequate time. Of course its the airport so it was busy and finding a seat was difficult. Nevertheless, would highly recommend

I had a decent experience at Nobel Burger Bar at Toronto Pearson Airport. After a small tutorial on how to operate the menu on the tablets, it was smooth sailing. The overall ambiance and lounge is appealing. My silverware and tables were all clean. Prices are extremely high for the value, that’s why I’ve rated it 4/5 stars. Service was prompt and professional. Food isn’t gourmet, but decent. Portions are good in size. I had the Chorizo Breakfast Skillet and Chamomile tea. Overall, I enjoyed my breakfast before my flight. I was able to sleep like a baby.

I had a red eye special to the US from the Toronto airport (YYZ). The Nobel Burger Bar in Concourse A was across from a Starbucks near Gates A15 and A16. I had gotten up at 3:30 AM and was had time for some breakfast before take off. I got the “Bacon & Eggs” with eggs over easy. It came with breakfast potatoes and whole grain toast. It was all surprisingly fresh and tasty. Portions were perfect. I also got a medium coffee. It too was good - much better than I expected. Service was friendly and helpful. I will happily have breakfast here again if and when I pass through Toronto.Ordering food is by touch screen at each stool. The menu was user friendly and offers photos to help people who may not speak English or French fluently understand what it is. Payment is by card reader at your bar stool. Again, really simple. The food was prepared fresh and served up hot within 5 minutes or so. The bar stools are comfortable and comfortably spaced. The vibe is welcoming and friendly.It is the best airport breakfast I’ve had anywhere. Therefore 5 stars.They also have a refrigerated self if grab and go food if you are in a hurry.

Reasonable food and drinks, but for sure the coffee could be better. The breakfast sandwich was above average with a generous serving of greens to balance the carbs. Service is friendly and fast. Orders are online through a table mounted tablet. The tablet gives free internet but times out fast if you do not touch the screen. They could offer a bit more food variety but what they offer is good for most breakfast or snack appetites. Overall a pleasant experience.

This place is terrible. Ordered a veal sandwich with a side of fries. The sandwich bread was stale, the veal over cooked and the fries hand cut" were basic frozen you can get at Costco that were deep-fried. Nothing fresh about it. The menu is full of lies."
