Great friendly environment to work out in but I really dont appreciate the blaring music that they have on at times!! Majory of people have their own headphones in anyway. There are elderly people who come to work out who would appreciate a regular volume level.

Love this gym! Staff is great and equipment is excellent, even on the ladies only side which is where I always work out. There is a great variety of machines and equipment and the gym is always clean. Change rooms are large and spacious and bathrooms and showers are always clean. There's also a great little sauna.

I go to many of the Goodlife locations and I will say the Cambridge location has some of the best front desk staff. I usually go in the evenings (5:00pm) and there is one girl in particular named Samantha who is always smiling and takes the time to learn the regulars names.Keep up the great work!

Club has improved over the last few months. They have added new instructors (who are fantastic). Repairs have been completed in the ladies change room. The club is very clean, and the staff are super friendly. I primarily come for the classes.

Every gym i have been to, so far, here in Cambridge, has been great. What puts this above the others are their fantastic hours, many classes, and dedicated staff.Always clean, machines in working order. Only once, in over a year working out at this gym, has a class been cancelled. The instructor did come in and apologize before setting up their reality machine for us to exercise without her.#celebrity_bucks

Great gym! Staff is always welcoming, gym is kept clean and there is a lot of equipment so I never have to wait to get my workout in! I've recently started with a personal trainer again - was never pressured into it - and I'm loving every minute! My trainer is very knowledgeable and has already made such a huge impact in the last 3 weeks! Keep up the great work!!

Been a good life member for a long time. This location has associates who are allowing friends" to enter the gym without validating vaccine certificate using a valid photo ID. Most of the times some associates are seen hanging around with friends around the equipment without masks making this environment hazardous to public health."

Don’t recommend. In my experience, membership sales staff will find anyway possible to charge you as much as possible. Fees increase and no notice will be given, and concerns are not addressed by management when brought forward. Many better gyms in Cambridge to use.

Good Gym, great staff, good machines but only thing I don’t like is the misleading sign out there saying 24 hours. It closes at 10 on weekdays and 6 on weekends!!! That big 24 outside was the reason I chose goodlife but doesn’t seem like they do not give the services they offered.
