Bad experience at the cash.Had to wait for a cashier to even show up and was then charged $1.50 for an item marked $1.25. Cashier said she couldn't do anything about it so, at my request she called her manager. The manager arrived and flipped the item over to find a $1.50 sticker on the opposite side. She said the item was marked correctly" so she would charge me the $1.50. I told her it was not marked correctly and according to the Scanning Code of Practice the item should be free. She said she never heard of that and that what I had paid was correct. Neither the cashier or I had seen the sticker on the back.Here's the pics of the item

Standard Dollarama items. I gave it one less star because they didn't have the item I was looking for in the colour I wanted (have bought it there before). Staff person was great - went to the back to check if they had any in stock... No luck.

I often get snacks or canned goods, but in general carries a fair amount of Canadian made products. Staff are consistently friendly and helpful.

The dollarama in Port Perry is clean and well maintained. They had a really good selection and the staff was friendly when I went there. I went in for some Halloween crafts, I was really surprised at how big the Halloween selection was. I was also surprised at the variety and the amount of the craft supplies that were available.

I am not impressed with this store they tell us they are hiring then my son drops off a resume and they dont even call him for an interview this has happened for two years now. yet they hire people who are rude and young teenagers who dont now how to do good customer service or be friendly.
