I literally cannot say enough about the paramedics in our city The professional conduct they showed from beginning to end is what I think the Saskatoon City Police should learn from!!! (their professional conduct leaves a lot to be desired!) The paramedics were informative, helpful, calming, polite and caring professionals.If everybody ran their business like these people do things would be perfect!!!

Can't say enough about the EMT's who assisted me with my emergency! Very efficient and professional, warm and caring with a great sense of humour! Made a difficult situation much better. The office staff were equally pleasant and efficient as well! Great job!

Not a pleasant experience!!! I told them what my sons medical condition was but they decided he was on drugs. Only physicians are qualified to make a diagnosis. When ambulance drivers" (true professionals would not have behaved in this manner) take it upon themselves to make a diagnosis and to prejudice the ER staff it delays proper diagnosis and treatment. My son spent 7 days in ICU due to his medical condition. ER staff wasted valuable time looking for things that weren't there. Living in a West side apartment and having lots of tatoos doesn't automatically make someone a drug user!!. I pray to God that I am never forced to use this service again. I will call on friends before I call an ambulance even if it is 3 am."

The receptionist was very unprofessional and service was poor. I hope she gets trained more on her job.

I had to call 911 for the first time in my life a couple weeks ago when my husband suddenly awoke in the night with excruciating pain in his back and chest that was making breathing very difficult and painful. The Martensville Fire Department showed up first and I have zero complaints about their service. They were professional and helpful. Once ambulance care arrived they performed their own assessment and didn’t seem too concerned at all. They summed it up too him injuring his back somehow and told him to take Tylenol/Advil and put voltaren on. They then deterred him from taking the ride to the ER saying it be “a 50/50 chance if they even do a x-ray”. 45 minutes after the paramedics leave, I end up driving him in because the pain isn’t going away. The ER sent my husband for an ECG, bloodwork, ultrasound and an x-ray to determine the pain was coming from his liver being enlarged (this is still being monitored) and gallstones. 12 hours in the hospital it took to do all this. I’m glad we decided to go to the hospital even after the paramedics said he was fine and just had a sore back. Now to deal with the 240$ bill, unreal.

Service is good but they need more payment options like being able to pay at the bank electronically! Rather than having to travel to nowhere!
