Mr. Puffs

Fantastic, affordable, delicious and fast. Are the few positives. Mr. Puffs had excellent customer service. The puffs are light, fluffy with the perfect crunch. They are not shy with the toppings!!!! They also have plenty of options and you're able to mix n' match. I'll definitely be going back for more.

If you love sweets, this place is for you!Inside, there is a small section for seating available. You can see them making the puffs fresh. The staff was friendly, the service was quick.Lots of varieties in terms of topping & flavours, large selection of hot and cold beverages, ice cream pairing with the puffs also available. They also have merchandise available for purchase including their own hazelnut spread.I tried the twist ice cream (vanilla/ chocolate) with hazelnut Puffs. The puffs come out hot (be careful when biting in), they are hard on the outside and soft dough like in the inside. You can easily eat a few without hesitation.The ice cream was also tasty and paired well with the puffs.

Edit:Mr. Puff management reached out after my review and invited me to the location again for another visit. It was a very kind gesture from the team. Though I do not live in the area, I will surely go back for another visit.Added 2 stars just for the commitment from the management/ owner. It seems like they are a very nice team.Puffs are okay. I would not be a regular customer. Puffs are oily. You have to eat them on the spot, or they go hard and chewy. Toppings and Hot Chocolate were good. You have to share 6 puffs and hot chocolate combo, too sweet to eat all by yourself.

Located near Dundas and Dixie next to the Mobilia store, Mr. Puffs is a delicious store that offers a unique treat that will have you wanting more! In a nutshell, they feel like upgraded Timbits but fluffier and absolutely tastier. Definitely, a crowd-pleaser for any potluck or party to bring desserts to!Mr. Puffs is known for the signature puffs which are made from yeast-based dough, free from dairy, eggs, peanuts, soy, and preservatives. It's great to know that they accommodate various dietary preferences and restrictions as you can order vegan-friendly options. The menu at Mr. Puffs is quite extensive, offering more than just their famous puffs. You can also order their Tornadoes, Milkshakes, Drinks, Coffees, Teas, Iced Drinks, and Ice Cream.During our visit, we enjoyed trying the Hazelnut Biscotti, Chocolate Hazelnut, and Cappuccino flavours. Each puff was a mouthwatering delight. It was so hard to pick a favourite among the choices, as they were all so delicious with some texture differences from the toppings. With 13 flavours available, you will have a hard time deciding! While there might be a short wait in line, it was quite worth it. The service at Mr. Puffs is efficient, and the staff members handle the order intake smoothly. They kindly ask you which flavours you'd like, and then write them on the box along with your name. Their puff quantity options come in a puffs bouquet or boxes of 12 puffs, 30 puffs, 50 puffs and even up to 65 puffs or 130 puffs.

I had a wonderful time at Mr Puffs Dixie and had to visit again to purchase the puffs!These loukoumades are prepared fresh & delightfully crispy with so many fun toppings. I especially enjoyed the Biscotti and Cookies & Cream flavours that add extra crunch and milk/white chocolate sauce flavour.This is a very popular new location and the staff are so kind. Food is vegan friendly!

Had heard good reviews about this place so had to try. We ordered a box of 12 with cookie and cream and strawberry cheesecake toppings. Must eat right away. It was so crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The cookies and cream was delicious, strawberry cheesecake was on the sweet side but will definitely visit again to try other flavours.

These have been an addiction since I tried them out! They are little dough balls white toppings on top. They made them fresh when I ordered and we chose the cookies and cream/ bueno flavour. The most mouth watering experience ever! Soft and warm, definitely try it! So far we love those 2 flavours the best.

The milkshake is to die for! I swear…thank me later. It was my first time trying Mr.Puffs, it’s a good munchie but it was a bit oily for me. Overall the experience at this location was great!
